This is the most money minded nursing home in Dilshad Garden. I went there to get a tetanus shot. The RMO asked me to pay a fee for OPD of Rs. 500/-. On a number of occasions I have been there to get the regular tetanus shots and paid a nominal fee of Rs. 100/-. It seems now the doctors there have targets to achieve. I asked the nurse twice what is this but it seems they were all aware of the situation. Anyway, never going to suc a place again.

Pathetic service & staff. Staff is very rude. Please do not admit your patient here. They'll charge you for deluxe room but will give you no service at all.If you are planning to come to gastro doctor. Please do not come. He (Dr Kursiwal) never comes to hospital on time. Worst doctor I've ever seen. The medicines he suggest would never work. It's better you go to some govt hospital don't waste your time & money in this hospital.

We had the most assuring and satisfying experience at jeevan jyoti hospital. Both the doctors and staff are very attentive and comforting. Doctors take a very good care of everything and assure patient's comfort.

Highly Disappointing and Unprofessional Experience with Dr. Wasim and their staff pls avoid This Hospital, My recent experience at Jeevan Jyoti Hospital was incredibly frustrating and highly disappointing. Sunday, I had to rush my friend, who had been in an accident, to this hospital because it was the closest option. First and foremost, the staff is highly unprofessional. A staff member gave inaccurate and misleading information about the charges. They initially quoted one price, only to inflate the final bill significantly. It's clear that their priority is to extract as much money as possible, not to provide proper care. The medical staff, especially a doctor named Wasim, showed a shocking lack of concern. He barely examined my friend and delegated the wound dressing to a junior staff member. This person didn't even know the most basic first-aid protocols, failing to clean the wound before applying the dressing—a fundamental step that even an average person knows. It’s alarming that a hospital hires staff so unskilled they can't perform basic medical tasks correctly. The rudeness and lack of empathy from the entire staff, especially how they spoke to the patient, were appalling. They have no sense of professional conduct. Furthermore, the medicine counter is equally incompetent; the person there couldn't even explain the purpose of the medicines they were dispensing. The charges for these medicines were also exorbitant, far more than what you'd pay at a regular pharmacy. This hospital appears to be a money-making racket disguised as a healthcare facility. They show absolutely no regard for patient well-being or providing quality treatment. I would strongly advise everyone to avoid this hospital at all costs. I will never recommend this place to anyone.
