Worst hospital ever! Had a really terrible experience. My mother was admitted here for almost 5 days and they couldn't even diagnose her actual problem. There is only one doctor who visits the patients once a day. Nurses have no knowledge about patient's condition. They don't even care about basic hygiene of the hospital. There are rats roaming around in the lobby. Office staff behaves like we are getting a treatment for free. They are very rude. In short, this hospital is all about money.

My mother in-law is on dialysis since 3 years in Jeevan Jyoti hospital Dilshad garden. Hospital is very good interms of behaviour and regular support specially from Kajal Sharma and Jai Prakash Ji. Dialysis is on going under the guidance of Dr. Samir Tawakley, he is very senior doctor and top most for Nephrologist as per my knowledge.

I went here for my mother diabetes treatment. Dr Rajiv lochan is very good doctor. He explained very clearly about diabetes and advice good diet also ..

Worst experience with this hospital. My mother was admitted to the ICU, and she asked the nurse for water five times, but it was not provided. When I met my mother, she asked me for water. I then asked the nurse why water had not been given. She said there was an emergency, which is why they didn’t provide it. I don’t know whether she was telling the truth or lying — and even if it was true, this is not acceptable and case of lack of planning. Admitting a patient to the ICU (Intensive Care Unit) is not a joke. What kind of “intensive care” is this if you cannot provide a basic necessity like water? Water should always be placed near the patient, but here the situation was the opposite. As per Dr. Aftab, he told me that the attendant should provide water, not the hospital staff. Seriously? What can you expect from a hospital that cannot even provide basic facilities like water? Either he is not aware of the process or need some trainings. Such shameful behavior. I am truly disappointed with his words. 😞

I'm vishisth s/o ms. Phoola devi ( Dialysis unit), the Dialysis department (Jeevan Jyoti clinic and Hospital) is efficient and well-organized. Mr. Jaiprakash is friendly and also providing better facilities in the hospital. I am satisfied and impressed by the hospital's facilities and the doctor's expertise. Mr. Jaiprakash provides the exceptional care and services! The staff were good in nature and feel Mr comfortable throughout my mother's stay. They provide better Dialysis services and helped in the treatment of ckd disease. Better doctor's for the treatment and consultancy. Thank you for the best service.

I give 4 star to jeevan jyoti hospital for good management and treatment. I took my mother for getting her fever checkup .the opd staff was really welcoming and their chekup process was fast and smooth . I suggest other to go to jeevan jyoti hospital.

Well, my mother-in-law is on Dialysis for last 6 months and the treatment of the same is being taken from Jeevan Jyoti hospital. First of all this hospital is very near to us which facilitates to cater any kind of disease immediately. Secondly treating Doctors and technician are very helpful. It is also able to provide all the state of the art facilities under one roof.
