I had a worst experience today. My wife had level 2 ultrasound, technician/doctor did not treat her well in ultrasound room. She didn't explain anything about the health of baby, any structure. When my wife asked, she told her that yo can review your reports. I would suggest if your gynecologist is not from Jeevan Jyoti Hospital. Please DON'T go there for any tests. Rather go to any indipendent lab for testing. It's mandatory to give at least a ⭐ otherwise They don't deserve anything.

My uncle is currently receiving dialysis treatment at Jeevan Jyoti Clinic and Hospital. The staff and dialysis technician are very supportive and caring, ensuring everything is well explained. My uncle has experienced great relief since starting his treatment here."

Jeevan Jyoti Clinic and Hospital, Dilshad Garden सिर्फ नाम का हॉस्पिटल है, काम बिल्कुल थर्ड क्लास। यहाँ न प्रोफेशनलिज़्म है, न इंसानियत। स्टाफ को न मरीज़ की हालत से मतलब है, न अटेंडेंट की परेशानी से। ऐसे बात करते हैं जैसे एहसान कर रहे हों। घंटों बैठाकर रखते हैं, लेकिन डॉक्टर ठीक से सुनने या समझाने की ज़रूरत नहीं समझते। पैसे लेने में बहुत तेज़ हैं, लेकिन ट्रीटमेंट, केयर और फैसिलिटीज़ बेहद घटिया। हाइजीन और मैनेजमेंट देखकर भरोसा ही उठ जाता है कि ये हॉस्पिटल है भी या नहीं। अगर आपको अपने मरीज़ की सेहत प्यारी है, तो इस जगह से दूर रहें। मेरी नज़र में यह हॉस्पिटल पूरी तरह समय और पैसे की बर्बादी है। बिल्कुल भी रिकमेंड नहीं।❌❌❌❌❌❌ ❌❌❌❌❌❌❌ Jeevan Jyoti Clinic and Hospital, Dilshad Garden is a hospital only by name; the service is absolutely third-class. There is neither professionalism nor humanity here. The staff does not care about the patient’s condition or the attendant’s problems. They talk as if they are doing a favor. You are made to wait for hours, but the doctor shows no interest in properly listening or explaining anything. They are very quick to take money, but the treatment, care, and facilities are extremely poor. Looking at the hygiene and management, it becomes hard to trust whether this is even a hospital. If you care about your patient’s health, stay away from this place. In my opinion, this hospital is a complete waste of time and money. Not recommended at all.

Dr. Anirudh Lochan – A well-regarded pulmonologist and critical care specialist. Patients generally appreciate his knowledge, diagnosis, polite behaviour, and treatment approach. Dr. Rajiv Lochan – An experienced Internal Medicine specialist and HOD. Feedback is generally positive, though online reviews are somewhat mixed. Dr. Shweta Sardana Lochan – A gynecologist and reproductive medicine specialist. She has good experience, although there are fewer independent online reviews available compared with Dr. Anirudh.

⭐ 1 Star – Extremely Disappointing Experience with the Pharmacy Team I had an extremely disappointing experience with the pharmacy team at Jeevan Jyoti Hospital. The attitude of the staff was highly arrogant, unprofessional, and completely lacking in empathy towards patients. The medicine I needed was prescribed by the hospital’s own doctor. However, the pharmacy staff refused to provide the medicine because I did not have the physical card with me. I showed them a clear photo of the card on my phone, but they still refused to accept it. What was even more frustrating was that they kept giving different and completely unreasonable excuses. First, one staff member said that the card was not clearly visible on my phone. When I showed it to him again and it was clearly visible, another staff member came and said that using a phone is harmful to us, and therefore they could not accept the card photo. This was honestly ridiculous. If phone usage is supposedly so harmful, then why was the same staff member using his own phone immediately after the conversation? He simply walked away and continued using his phone. Instead of helping a patient who was trying to get medicine prescribed by their own doctor, the pharmacy staff chose to argue, make excuses, and behave arrogantly. Hospital patients and their attendants are already under stress. They expect basic respect, cooperation, and professionalism from hospital staff—not unnecessary arguments and attitude. I strongly request the hospital management to look into the behavior of the pharmacy team. Such behavior is completely unacceptable in a healthcare environment. Very disappointing experience. I would definitely not recommend the pharmacy service here based on this experience.

I'm Priya D/o ms. Uma (Dialysis unit), the Dialysis department (Jeevan Jyoti clinic and Hospital) is efficient and well-organized. Mr. Jaiprakash is friendly and also providing better facilities in the hospital. I am satisfied and impressed by the hospital's facilities and the doctor's expertise. Mr. Jaiprakash provides the exceptional care and services! The staff were good in nature and feel Mr comfortable throughout my mother's stay. They provide better Dialysis services and helped in the treatment of ckd disease. Better doctor's for the treatment and consultancy. Thank you for the best service.
