Santom Hospital

Think 99 times before visiting — 90% of the reviews feel fake I visited this hospital recently and felt compelled to warn others. In simple words: this place gave me more stress than care. Here are the main problems I faced — written clearly so anyone can understand. 1. Rude, unhelpful staff. The staff speak to patients and attendants like they’re doing us a favor. No basic courtesy or clear explanations — just impatience and attitude. 2. TPA/insurance desk is clueless. The TPA counter staff did not know how to register a claim or explain forms. They acted like the attendant should complete every paperwork step alone. (Tip: CKYC is a basic identity/insurance form — they didn’t even explain it.) 3. Doctors are few and unresponsive. There were not enough doctors available. When attendants asked simple questions, staff gave short, unclear answers or none at all. That’s not acceptable for people who are worried and need guidance. 4. ICU negligence. It felt like ICU staff were distracted — constantly on phones, watching reels. In an ICU, vigilance matters; this behavior is dangerous. 5. Equipment shortage. Several essential machines were missing or not functioning properly. Overall: I cannot recommend this hospital in its current state. Management should urgently train staff, fix the TPA process, increase medical coverage, enforce ICU discipline, and maintain equipment. Until real improvements are visible, consider other hospitals for serious care.

All management team is very supportive . cleaning is fantastic .staff is very helpful for patients.treatment was top notch .after surgery we are fully satisfied with doctors and surgeon. Thanks to Ravinder sir and Dr.surbhi and full hospital team .

My experience at this hospital was V. Good. The doctors were professional, supportive, and explained the treatment clearly. The nursing staff was caring and attentive, and medicines and check-ups were done on time. The hospital was clean and well-maintained, and the overall environment was comfortable. The admission and discharge process was smooth.

Santom hospital good but some staff good but plz improve u r lab. Lab walo ko ko baat karne ki tameez nai hai special mani they r always gospip in staff i observedlast 6 month even my friend also visit lab staff not good not responsible pradeep very nice but jo mam hai they r not good. Same as ultrasound department both r sitting in. Paitent marta hai toh marne do very bad experience. Even I told dr surbhi even she is also ignore

if i could give stars in minus i would, they gave my father injection for gas when he was having a heart attack We lost him because of this hospital THE WORST HOSPITAL EVER if u cant save a life dont risk it could have said go to a better hospital no cpr machines available they were doing cpr by hand worst experience ever

We had an excellent experience at Santom Hospital for our newborn’s care. The coordination between the various departments was impressive and gave us great confidence as parents. • Pediatric Department: The doctors were highly professional and thorough. They kept us well-informed about our baby's progress, explaining every step of the treatment and blood reports clearly. • Maternity & Nursing: The nursing staff across the maternity ward was exceptionally supportive, ensuring both mother and baby were comfortable and well-cared for during our stay. The hospital is well-maintained and the staff is compassionate. We are so grateful to the entire team for their expertise and for ensuring our baby is healthy and ready to go home.
