Very disappointing experience. They overcharge patients with medical insurance and bill almost three times the actual cost. Highly unprofessional.
I got my sister treated & Operation at Santom Hospital She came to the hospital in a very serious condition, here she was fully treated by CGHS, not even one rupee was taken from us. After critical conditions, today she came home completely healthy and smiling. We all are wordless to praise of this hospital. Thank you so much you all dedicated medical director ,Drs,staffs.great services with excellent care.
This hospital is only running to loot patients. They charge ₹500 just to enter, then extra doctor fees, and force unnecessary tests without consent that cost thousands. Completely unprofessional and unethical behavior. Please avoid this place.
Treatment is good compare to other hospital. Doctor treatment is awesome. Cleaning properly. Environment is frankly with patient. Medications given on time . Staff always available for help . Management top notch. Admission to discharge process is very smooth .
I had a very good experience at the hospital. The staff was extremely professional, caring, and attentive. The facilities were clean and well-maintained, and every step of the treatment process was handled with efficiency and kindness. Special thanks to the doctors, nurses, and support staff for their dedication and compassionate care. Keep up the great work!
The behavior of some staff is so rude and the behavior and the language of Receptionist is also so rude they dont know to talk with the people I recommend you dont go to this hospital ever
Services are good. Nurses and all the day & night staff were really humble and polite. They were helpful.

Reception staff has no talking sense .i don't know her name but she is new one on reception.attitude top notch.talking like uneducated other staff is good in behaviour and always ready for help.
I havr been going to this hospital for quite a long time and it always deliveres.. really good doctors and nurses specially are very caring and soft spoken
