Please do nit goto into this hospital. They only interested in taking money and they give no proper treatment. My maternal uncle received the wrong treatment at the hospital. He was administered the wrong injection, which made his condition much worse. Sadly, he is no longer with us today.
Hello I am Fully satisfied with service of the santom hospital and staff. Everybody was very supportive and helping the patient properly.
Worst hospital experience. We lost our family member after what we experienced as serious negligence. An injection was given after which his condition deteriorated rapidly, and despite everything, he could not be saved. No empathy, no accountability, and no proper explanation. We trusted this hospital with a life, and they failed us. I would never recommend this hospital.
I want to share my experience with Santom Hospital, which was extremely disappointing and stressful. My father’s heart rate suddenly increased, so we rushed him to the hospital emergency. The staff checked him and immediately asked us to sign admission papers, saying his condition was very serious and that ICU admission was required. When we asked about the charges, they said it would be ₹20,000 per day. We clearly told them we could not afford this. After that, they assured us that they would provide a discount on the total bill and that there was a possibility of discharge within 2 hours, but still insisted on ICU admission. Upstairs, they asked my mother to sign some papers. When she requested time to read them, she was told, “There is no need to read, just sign here.” She was rushed into signing without proper explanation. After one hour, the doctor informed us that my father’s heart rate had increased earlier but everything was now normal. Still, they insisted on keeping him under observation in the ICU for 24 hours and then shifting him to a ward. When we again went to the reception to confirm discharge formalities, we were clearly told that out of the ₹20,000 paid, half of the amount would be refunded if we opted for discharge. We also confirmed directly with the patient, and he said he was feeling absolutely fine. We even overheard two doctors talking among themselves, saying that there was nothing serious and that the patient was normal and could be kept for two days unnecessarily. When we finally decided to take discharge immediately and went to the reception for a refund, we were shocked to be told that instead of a refund, we had to pay an additional ₹3,500. When we reminded them about the promised refund, they denied ever saying so. Moreover, tests were done without our consent or prior information, and they justified everything by saying we had signed the papers—papers which we were not allowed to read properly. They claimed that all procedures are explained before treatment, which is completely false. In just 4 hours, they generated a bill of ₹24,000, whereas their own stated charge was ₹20,000 for a full day. This felt completely unethical and dishonest. I would strongly say this hospital is only focused on money. I will never recommend this hospital to anyone.
(Translated by Google) One star only for staff. On 3rd January at 6 pm I fall from the stairs of my house and my hand wrist got fractured. I immediately came to Santom Hospital, the staff handled me well and did an X-ray done. I seen the X-ray first, then the doctor saw it and told me that it will cost 1.25 lakhs and thay will fix my wrist with a plate which is in inside, it will be a surgery, ok. I told him to write to me for Ambedkar Hospital, I want another opinion of different doctor. They wrote that I paid them for that time and I went to Ambedkar hospital with my family for emergency and the doctor examined everything properly, asked that my finger was moving and showed the x-ray of the santom… The doctors asked me to apply ice for 1 hour and after 1 hour and after the 1hour they fixed my wrist as it. And all heppen was without any cut or surgery and immediately another x-ray was done and the wrist was set absolutely fine, only my wrist was dislocated which is the santom doctors said it was a fracture and said operation… I just want to say that if they can do that why not you can't do it… Is that necessary to do with a poor person… I agree that everyone has their own procedure but how can there be so much difference It is possible... Today 20th January my hand is completely fine and working... Thanks to God for saving me from losing Rs 1.25 lakh... (Original) One star only for sttaf. 3 January ko shaam 6 baje main apne ghar ki sidyon se gir gaya hand wrist fracture ho gaya main turan Santom hospital aaya staff achhe se handle kiya or xray karwaya xray pehle maine dekh liya tha fir doctor ne dekha unhone 1.25 lakh batyaa plate dalegi operation hoga surgery hogi ok. Than maine kaha aap mujhe ambedkar hospital ke liye likh do mujhe ek baar bahar dikhna hai . Inhone likh diya inko payment kiya uss time ka or main family ke saath ambedkar gaya emergency main or jate doctor ne dekha thik se saari bast puchi meri finger moving thin sabhi santom ka xray dikhya.... doctors ne 1 hour ice se sikai ke liye bola or 1 hour ke baad wrist ko bapas as it fix kar diya without any cut and surgery or turant dusra xray hua wrist bilkul ok set apni jagha only dislocate hui thi jisko Santom walon ne fracture bataya or operation bola..... main bas itna kehna chahta hun jo kaam wo kar sakte hain kya aap nahi kar sakte..... kya gareeb Insaan ko lootna jaruri hai.. maana ki sab ka apna prosisor hai lekin itna difference kaise ho sakta hai..... Aaj 20 January mera hand puri tarha ok hai working..... thanks to bhagwaan mujhe 1.25 lakh ke chuna lagne se bachaya.....

We had a very good experience at Santom Hospital, Sector-24 during the delivery of my wife, Deepu. Dr. Hema was very caring and supportive, guiding us at every step. The staff was helpful, the hospital was clean, and the CGHS process was smooth. We are happy and thankful to the entire team.
All facility is awesome. All process is smooth and seamless. Dr. Dinesh is good surgeon now I m able to stand with my legs after surgery. Management team is very nice.surbhi mam thanks to u for helping us everytime.
Very Disappointing Experience I have taken my mother to this hospital three or four times, and every time, even for minor issues like stomach pain or slight vomiting, we were immediately advised to admit her to the ICU. In my opinion, every patient does not necessarily need ICU admission. Proper assessment and initial treatment should be considered first when medically appropriate. After experiencing this repeatedly, my overall experience with this hospital has been extremely disappointing. For me, it is one of the worst hospital experiences.
