Dr R K Gupta is so rude! Sirf patient ki khilli udana, 2 min se zyada kisi ko time nahi dete. Patient ko bolne nhi dete. Do char standard davaiyaan hain bas wahi repeat karte hain. Pls save your time and money! Totally Worthless!

This hospital runs only on Insurance patients. They don't have their own Doctors, all doctors are on visit. They don't do any serious operation in the hospital, they just reffer them. They don't take any serious patient in hospital. So I advise first you think then go to in this hospital 🙏

I would like to share our experience with the so-called BM Gupta Hospital during my wife's delivery. Initially, our checkups went smoothly, with reassurances that everything was fine, despite our London doctor predicting a normal delivery. We started these appointments at 6 months, and up until the end of the 8th month, everything was on track. However, after that, their approach suddenly changed, almost as if following a scripted narrative. At the start of the 9th month, they abruptly claimed my wife was ready for delivery, yet the baby had not descended. They administered oil and instructed her to return the next day. The following day, without conducting an ultrasound or using proper equipment, they alarmed my wife by suggesting there was a cord around the baby's neck. When my mother challenged them on this without ultrasound evidence, they were speechless. When another doctor finally performed the ultrasound the next day, they confirmed there was no issue with the baby's neck. Subsequently, they required more frequent visits. After 21 days, when my wife experienced pain and visited the hospital, they immediately admitted her and administered labor-inducing injections that appeared ineffective. That night, they withheld food, suggesting surgery without clear communication. The next day, they insisted on surgery due to the baby not descending, leaving us feeling coerced. The hospital's facilities were notably unhygienic, with dirty rooms, rusty beds, and poorly maintained washrooms. During our stay, a wall-mounted fan fell near my mother, thankfully without harm to her or the baby. When I questioned a security guard outside the operating theater about the hospital's preference for surgeries over normal deliveries, he disclosed that they rarely opt for normal deliveries unless financial constraints force them. Based on our experiences and those of our family members, including two previous cesarean deliveries with similar patterns, I strongly advise against choosing BM Gupta Hospital. Recently, we opted for another hospital for my younger brother's wife, as they began the same misleading tactics with her. Avoid BM Gupta Hospital at all costs.

This hospital has excellent staff and nurses & their hospitality is very good. My patient admitted here with severe dengue for 7 days, whereas 3 days were in ICU under the supervision of Dr. Harvinder Sir who personally guided her. He regularly came & checked her condition.He is the best doctor I have ever seen. All doctors were very attentive and all the nurses, cleaning staff, ward boys were doing their work very efficiently. They deserve 4 stars. But the patient's released policy was so poor and so bad. And there was a person whose behaviour was very rude and he treated us like we were to escape from the hospital without payment. My patient was feeling seek for his behaviour. And the cost of the treatment was much higher from other hospitals. That's why I gave them 0 (zero or negative) stars for their patients release policy.

Very Rude Ultrasound Dr of morning shift Not Cooperative At All. Don't know how to talk with Patients . Ge don't have any Manners . He think like he is working in Govt Hospital and Talks very rudely with patient and he thinks patient know everything like the patient or his attendent knows everything

Good experience in this hospital surgeon Dr S Jain and Mr Rajesh Sharma OT Staff they both are good humen being and they treated me very good. I am happy with this hospital experience

Good hospital. We were taking infertility treatment from here. The treatment was successful, but it took 7 months. Now we have a baby girl of 6 months. The doctors are nice. Their behaviour with patients is good enough. I have some issues related to the price of their treatments. Laboratory test charges are expensive. I also have issue with receptionists. I had noticed many times that they were busy in gossips with each other while preparing doctor's consultancy slips and took long time to prepare the slips.

This is one of the worst hospitals I’ve ever visited. Poor hygiene, rude staff, and complete lack of organization. They only care about money, not patients. Totally disappointed.
