Worst hospital.rude staff and no protection at all for patients and attendant.on 13th may.bm gupta hospital caught fire and they pushed us even patient with a fracture in leg.and after that they didn't even returned out items that were left in our hospital room.now they are denying that they don't have anything.they misplaced our charger and a airpod.and they falsely charged us way more than the bill with false medicine slip

I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Ishpreet Singh (radiology). His behavior towards female patients, especially pregnant women, was very rude and unprofessional. He showed a lack of empathy and respect, which made the situation even more stressful. I would not recommend him, especially for anyone looking for compassionate care.

The facility this hospital provides is amazing. They took the best care of their patients, staff's behaviour and doctor's sincerity level is at its best.Very good hospitality, lab tests are also economical. There's still something which they can take care of like providing online lab report services and some more instruments for baby check up like . Rest housekeeping and nurse staff is good in my experience. Dr. Meera Gupta, Dr. Abhishek Gupta , Dr, (col) Nayak , Dr. Shivom verma These Doctors are very good And there is very good behavior with the patient.

I had a very disappointing experience at the hospital due to several concerning issues. The nurses were unprofessional, with rude behavior and inappropriate language. Additionally, the doctor's assistant provided incorrect information even they don't have proper information about the treatment, and there was no direct interaction between the doctor and the patient. Behaviour with patient it's horable The patient was discharged prematurely and seemingly without necessity, which felt forced. The cleanliness of the hospital was severely lacking, with dirty washrooms and an overall unhygienic environment." Government hospital is much better then this hospital.

• Specially for Dr. Basant kumar nayak , They don't care about the patient appointments timing. They are coming with there own time. Suppose - timing is 5:30 PM but he will come around 7:00pm 7:15pm Many times he gets the patient examined through his attendant not professionals, They're unresponsive and don't care about you. When anyone ask about it they will simply said Dr. will come in next 10 Mins He is in parking and the 10mins, will take more than 1 hour 2 hour

Negative review for staff guddu Dear bm gupta hospital, 5/6/25 ko mane apne wife ka xray or ecg karwaya, Uske bed changing room change karne k liy gay but wo closed tha ander se because, Maine door nok kiya but no response, Jab xray staff ne nok kiya tab wo nikal aaya or xray staff ko hi sunane lga. Staff guddu already door closed karke so rha tha. Asi staff ko nhi rakhna chahiy jiski wajah se patients ko wait karna pare...... Thank you.
