I would like to convey my heartfelt gratitude to Dr Shubhi .I’m personally a very anxious person when it comes to hospital and stuffs, at the starting of my pregnancy journey I was scared how I am going to cope up with the stress and anxiety. But my experience was superb .. thanks to the whole staff, the care they give is beyond excellence.. special thanks to Dr. Shubhi , hands down the best gynaecologist out there… Thank you Dr. Shubhi ! Good experience in B M Gupta hospital. Best pediatric in this hospital.

Hospital is very good, but I have observed 3-4 time that in the simple case like fever & cough, extra, doctor prescribed for test 5 to 10k which is not pertaining to cure. After taking all test is normal. I mean to say only for few % commission Dr. Prescribed for test. Request you Please don't do like this

Overall a good experience, nursing staff is very polite and cooperative, spl. Thanks to sister Soni & Chetna for very kind and caring nature, house keeping staff was also very cooperative, lab tests are economical, Ultrasound specialist Sardaar ji was little rude, hopefully management will take care of it, Doctors are vey polite and helpful, TPA team need some improvements, they were not able to track my Royal sundaram policy on Paramount TPA portal, they mailed to someone on wrong id which consume little time, after speaking to TPA provider its sorted out, TPA team should be more vigilant and inform patient timely if there's is some confusion, overall room amenities were good. Patient was admitted on 8th Jan 2022 and discharged on 10th Jan 2022 feedback refer to room 117. Above feedback is genuinely on my personal experience.

I was in room number 125, All staff was polite, humble and professional, They helped me a lot for few days,helped me recover, I am very happy from services of BM Gupta hospital, It was know as Gupta Nursing home, now know as BM Gupta hospital. Special thanks to sister pinky, Sonam , poonam and Aayub. In past I also got services from them, during my accident and fatty liver, My baby also was born in the same hospital. It's best place in Uttam Nagar for treatment.

OT staff - Rajesh sharma is extraordinary at his job and such go to person. Such a humble human being.

Every time we visit this hospital we always had good experience. This time also my wife got admit ted here for delivery. Both mother and baby is fine. Gupta hospital is best in uttam nagar locality. Excellent facilities and services available here.
