Every time we visit this hospital we always had good experience.my Son was suffering fever last 15 days, Dr. Shivom Verma and staff and ensure that i am properly informed about my kids and care. my baby is fine. Gupta hospital is best in uttam nagar locality. Excellent facilities and services available here.

Hospital is run by patients because not a single doctor comes on time. The staff is equally unorganised and unprofessional.

Terrible experience @hospital, 1) all the guards are blind as they don't know which dept is where , irritating 😔 2) staff is lazy and irresponsible (especially the OPD desk and reception) , both were eating when I was asking , day was just started. How come both were so hungry 😞. 3) I called on hospital number to get the doc details. They said doc will be the at 9am , then staff at hospital said 10 am and he came at 10:20 am. #poor knowledge and handle capabilities of staff , poor management

I am writing to bring to your attention a serious issue regarding my recent experience at BM Hospital's pharmacy. On March 27, 2024, I purchased Isophane Insulin Injection from your pharmacy with the bill number D235097313. However, upon administering the injection to my mother, I discovered that it had expired four months prior, in November 2023. This oversight is deeply concerning and unacceptable. Not only was I provided with expired medication, but the bill also listed incorrect batch numbers and expiry dates. It raises questions about the pharmacy's protocols and the availability of expired medications on the premises.
