My Worst and horrible experience in b m Gupta.. specially for my new born babies.. nursery charges are not set.. they charged per day 40k. Initially they said will charge 12k but for 4 days they charged more than 1.50k. don't trust bm Gupta. This is not hospital.. they are running business. Babies se Milne nhi dete.. bolte hai pehle billing counter pe jao payment kar k aao. Jab discharge ki baat karo to jhut bolte hai ki server down hai . Fir Dr. Abhishek call karte hai ki package de denge. First day se package kyu nhi hota hai inka kyuki paise banane hote hai unko pehle. Please request you all to Be aware of this kind of hospital specially bm Gupta. Worst hospital and management i experienced in my life.

Great experience as a first timer. I barely waited to be helped when I checked in. The staff and Dr. BK Nayak were all very friendly and helpful. I especially loved how Dr.Bk Nayak really took his time to explain my conditions with me as well as my treatment options. The service that I received from this hospital was excellent 👍.

It was great experience with BM Gupta hospital. I got satisfactory treatment in my pregnancy journey from conceiving to delivery. I would like to say special thanks to Dr.Meera gupta and Dr Abhishek because of his co-operative behaviour and prompt response with best satisfactory treatment.

I was hospitalised for last 3-4 days. The combined treatment given by Dr.Sumit Mittal and Dr. R.K Gupta is very well appreciated. Attendants were very helpful & co-operative. Medical treatment is very good & affordable. Best quality diet given to patients along with tea, fruits n soup at regular intervals. Also special attention was being given to cleanliness of rooms n washrooms.The TPA department is very helpful. Wish you all a speedy recovery. Take care

Nice doctor, nice hospital satisfy with treatment

Though hospitals are not good. However considering the fact that till now I have received good service there and always got good advice from the doctor's. I can say it's one of the best hospital in West Delhi when comes to handling pregnancy cases.

I am fail to understand why the goggle rating is 4? I visited there for my checkup. Dr. Meera gupta was consulting 3 patients at the same time. No privacy, I was not able to discuss my problem with her as there were many persons available in the room. Pathetic management its worse than a Govt. hospital. Staff is very rude and manner less. Surprisingly, Dr.Meera Gupta forgot to write me prescription as she was busy handling other patients at the same time I kept waiting for 20 mins unnecessarily .Later , when I asked for my reports she was like "kya naam apka "after that her assistant asked me to get another test done. They are only after making money .They charge Rs.2100 or 2200 for ultrasound where as I got this done from another place in just Rs. 600/-When Dr. Meera Gupta was about to write the medicines name ,her assistant tell her "ek test aur karwa lete" when I heard this i took my reports and immediately left from there . I would never ever recommend this hospital to anyone. Worse Experience.
