Very Bad hospital, I have ever seen in my life. Everyone is slow here and they take too much time when you admit yourself and also take so much time when you discharge. Turtles ! I don't think this hospital deserves 4 stars at this time. So don't waste your valuable time here and go to another batter hospital.

My self Manoj Gupta, BM Gupta hospital is the best hospital. All doctors and staffs.are very cooperative and good nature.

Hello! Jyoti yadav is here, i admitted in this hospital for 2 days, everything was good, every facilities was on time. One thing that i didn't like is- washroom was not getting clean properly on time. also, dustbin should be there in the washroom for any disposal.

Giving atleast 1 star is necessary to give review here other wise they deserve -5 reting i was there for my wife treatment. they dont time to treat patient anymore. the doctor only focus is to attande maximum patient not in treatment they dont even listening patient problems. i dont think they will runing a hospital they only run a bussiness like corporates

Such a worst experience with gynaecologist Dr. Ekta Mathur, they just taken your prescription but not guided us over properly. Ask for the fees which we submitted first, but zero guidance worst cooperation from the side of doctor. Wirst experience

WAS one of the best hospital two decades ago.... Has become worst since then!! Reception staff rude; engaged in themselves, chitchatting nonsense and not listening carefully to person in queue. Diagnosis is dependent completely on tests and imaging tests rather than one's medical knowledge based on signs and symptoms. Irrespective if one can afford it or not. Congested IPDs, odour in ICU, *young* nursing staff howling like anything in front of patients; not maintaing the decency of hospital. As a result many good doctors have left the place.....as per own experience only the director gynae is the good person one can count on there!!

Excellent Hospital in West Delhi.excellent nursing services specially Miss Geeta Chauhan,Neelam Negi and Hemlata,Ritik .these are so experience and carefully for the babies.they feels me like I am at home.they r always speak and behave very softly with lots of caring nature.
