Go here when you have no options left. The receptionists are absent or clueless most of the times. Nobody takes the calls. The treatment is average. They treat patients like buyable objects—ek patient nahin toh doosra sahi doosra nahin toh teesra sahi. The location is really bad. It's in a dingy lane. God may forbid if fire breaks out, it will be one of the first affected buildings. It has CGHS facility though.

Hii the higher authorities of BM gupta hospital I want to bring a serious issue in front of you. I’m three months pregnant and came here today for an ultrasound as recommended by my doctor I have been getting my receipts from first floor reception from the time i got pregnant as I came there to get my receipt today but one of your staff member (sonia) was using bluetooth device and when i asked her to get me a receipt, she became so rude and arrogant and asked me to get it from down stairs and this is not for the first time I have suffered this but has been suffering from past 3 months she is very unhelpful. I'm coming here from past 9 months and have been suffering this issue from past 3 months. I request the management to please review in this matter and provide assistance. Also please help the patients by taking some strict actions against the department

Security staff careless, my phone stolen from hospital, staff saw him but no response from hospital, anyone can go to ward or private room as well, I m giving 2 star for doctors because treatment was good, they should improve security staff

Great experience as a first timer. I barely waited to be helped when I checked in. The staff and Dr. Meera Gupta were all very friendly and helpful. I especially loved how Dr. Meera Gupta really took his time to explain my conditions with me as well as my treatment options. The service that I received from this hospital was excellent 👍.
