Very poor in terms of punctuality and behavior with patients. Can't find any difference between rural govt. Hospital and this hospital staff/Doctors. When you prefer a private hospital you expect saving of time, good consultation and good behavior from doctors and staff. We wait atleat 1 hour 15 min for Dr. Shailender jain and at last my father instructed me to leave the hospital as he was no more able to sit and waiting on chair.

Don't ever go to this hospital for gynaecologist. Dr. Meera bhatia and Dr. Ekta mathur are making their patients fool by making them scare about their baby's or mother's life in their 8th Or 9th month starting. They more insisted us also to go for operation where my wife's 1st delivery was done as normal. They have admitted my wife twice for nothing and gave us heavy bill. When we asked them this bill is for what. They said they were trying for delivery. I was shocked with their statement as there was time for her delivery time. Don't go for them, they give less price but at the end they cover all money. For complicated and normal pregnancy I don't recommended them.

One of the best hospital in uttam nagar in terms of quality and cost. Good treating doctors and nursing staff. Better environment and nice behaviour of every staff. Food quality is not up to mark but satisfactory need improvement. Otherwise hospital experience was good. Thank you.

All service are very good

My rating is solely based upon the experience i gained when I went there for COVID vaccination and there entire process from entering till exit is appreciated. The arrangement was nicely done. Well behaved staffs and security guards. Thanks to the management.

No talking sense this per mai inpe wips k liye gaya customer attend kr rahe the inhone 2 baar bola pasent name mene kha mujse khe rahe answer tha apse pucha apka naam liya kyu bich Mai bol rahe ho. Huge no. Of mosquitoes..... Patients attending can also admit here due to killer mosquitoes.... Doctor called me two day after delivery for baby check up... And told me for jaundice check up.... But they never suggested that early morning sun light is important to avoid jaundice disease. And after check up they admitted my baby in nursery.... I would never suggest this hospital to anyone..... More specific.... Don't go for delivery..... Running business only.....

They maintain good hygiene.. Staff are polite towards patient.everything is good about the hospital somehow rather than experiences are quite high

I visited to this hospital for my pregnancy , but I was not guided properly. There are 4-5 gynaes present but none of them can guide you in detailed manner for the future consequences. They only write down medicines but don't care about mother's health. Due to their improper guidance, my condition at seventh month got worst and dr from another hospital decided to do emergency cserian. BM Gupta Hospital has misguided us and also hide the consequences in earlier phase of my pregnancy and this leads to emergency cserian and after 5 days of operation I lost my baby too.
