Femme Med Hospital | Best Hospital in Dwarka, Delhi

Very disappointing experience at Femme Med Hospital. Today I visited the hospital for my wife’s pregnancy treatment. First, they advised an ultrasound and other tests and told us that if everything was normal, they would proceed with medical treatment after one day admission. We trusted the doctors and completed all the reports, which came normal. However, after the reports were shown to Dr. Dr. Megha, the staff informed us that the treatment would cost ₹3000 but refused to explain which medicines or treatment would be given. When we politely asked for medicine details, they clearly said, “We do not tell patients about medicines.” This is extremely shocking and irresponsible behavior from a hospital. Every patient has the basic right to know what medicines are being used and what treatment is being provided. Instead of giving proper guidance, the staff told us to go to a medical store or consult somewhere else. The communication was rude, unprofessional, and completely lacking transparency. Healthcare is a matter of trust and patient safety, not a hidden business. I strongly feel that such practices should be investigated by the health authorities. I will be submitting a formal complaint with all reports and documents regarding this experience.

We visited Femme Hospital for my sister-in-law's pregnancy and delivery. She was under the care of Dr. Nidhi, and we couldn't have asked for a better doctor. She was highly professional, supportive, and took excellent care of my sister-in-law throughout her pregnancy until the delivery. The hospital staff was also incredibly kind, friendly, and attentive. They made sure both the mother and the baby were well cared for from admission until discharge. We are truly grateful for the care and support we received. I would highly recommend Femme Hospital to anyone looking for quality maternity care.

During pregnancy, finding the right doctor is extremely important, as this phase requires not only medical care but also understanding, patience, and emotional support. We were earlier consulting a maternity doctor in Dwarka, but we were not satisfied there. The doctor’s behavior felt a bit indifferent, and our concerns were not addressed properly, so we decided to stop visiting there. Later, we came to know about Dr. Nidhi Singh at Femme Med Hospital, and our experience changed completely. She listened to all our concerns very patiently, explained everything clearly, and gave us a strong sense of trust and reassurance. Her caring, calm, and supportive nature brings a lot of mental peace during pregnancy. Currently, the treatment is ongoing, and so far our experience has been very reassuring and positive. We are hopeful that the same care and guidance will continue during the time of delivery as well. We truly feel that we are in safe hands. The hospital environment is clean and the staff is cooperative. I had a very good experience at Femme Med Hospital, Dwarka. All the doctors, nurses, and staff are very kind, helpful, and supportive. The patient’s daily tests, treatment, and doctor rounds were always done on time. The ward is clean and well maintained. The housekeeping team also does an excellent job and keeps everything clean and hygienic. A special thanks to Dr. Ankur Jain Sir. He is an excellent gastroenterologist and provided great care and guidance throughout the treatment. Overall, this is a very good hospital in Dwarka with excellent patient care. I highly recommend it.

I and my family are very happy and satisfied with the overall services and care provided by the hospital, especially during our baby’s delivery. A special thanks to Dr. Niddhi Madam and Dr. Sonam Madam for their excellent treatment, support, and caring nature. Both doctors treated us with great respect and patience and were always supportive whenever we needed guidance. Their soft nature, way of talking, and positive approach made us feel comfortable and confident throughout the entire process. I would especially like to give 5+ stars to Dr. Niddhi Madam and Dr. Sonam Madam for their dedication and excellent care. We truly appreciate the efforts made by them for the well-being of both mother and baby. The only area where we were slightly disappointed was the billing counter, as there was some lack of clarity in the bill and a few corrections were required due to some additional amount being included. However, the issue was manageable, and this does not take away from our overall positive experience with the hospital. Overall, we had a very good experience and would definitely recommend this hospital to others, especially for baby delivery and maternity care.
