We have been visiting Dr. Nidhi Singh since the very first day of our pregnancy till the delivery and she made absolutely sure that we were at the right place with professional guidance and support through out. Today I visited Femme Med Hospital for my wife pregnancy consultation. Initially, we were advised to get an ultrasound and were informed that my wife would need to be admitted for one day for the procedure. We were also told that if all reports came normal, medical treatment would be given. We agreed to all the terms and completed the ultrasound and other tests. All reports were normal. After showing all reports to Dr. Megha, one of the staff members informed us that the treatment would cost ₹3000. We agreed to the amount and simply requested details about the medicines and treatment being given. Shockingly, the staff replied that they do not disclose the medicine names to patients. When we asked how we could proceed without knowing what treatment or medicines were being used, they refused to explain anything and told us to “go somewhere else” or ask directly at a medical store. This behavior is completely unprofessional and unacceptable for a healthcare institution. Patients have the right to know what treatment and medicines are being prescribed. Hiding medicine details and refusing proper explanation creates serious trust and safety concerns. It felt less like a hospital and more like an unregulated clinic. I am highly disappointed with the lack of transparency, poor communication, and careless attitude toward patients. I will be filing a complaint with the Delhi Health Department and submitting all supporting documents and RTI requests regarding this matter

I am very thankful to Nidhi mam for such a safe delivery of my baby. First time me and my wife contact Nidhi man on 3rd month and after that Mam guides us a lot for safe and secure procedure of delivery, handle in a polite way, thanks to all staff and Nurses for tc of my wife and baby during delivery

My experience is too good, staffs are polite and gentle doctors are experienced and very supportive. My entire pregnancy journey was very good with femme med hospital. Special thanks to dr. Nidhi and dr Sonam for helping me with my each and every query.

My wife consulted Dr. Nidhi twice for a simple infection. After an initial 7-day course of medicines, the problem persisted and multiple tests were advised as the cause could not be diagnosed. Despite having the test results, we spent 3 days coordinating with the staff for a follow-up consultation. When we finally consulted again, another 10-day course of medicines was prescribed. Unfortunately, the infection not only remained unresolved but actually worsened. In total, we spent around ₹8,000 on consultations, tests, and medicines. What disappointed us most was not just the treatment outcome but also the lack of professionalism and timely support during the process. We eventually took a second opinion, and the issue was resolved with a simple medication. Dr. Nidhi, please take patients' concerns more seriously and ensure better follow-up care.

This has been the worst experience of our lives. We went to this hospital hoping for a safe delivery, but instead our family has been left devastated. After my wife's delivery, her condition deteriorated rapidly. She developed severe blood pressure issues and later suffered seizures. She is still admitted to another hospital for further treatment, and our newborn baby also required intensive medical care. We still do not have clear answers about what went wrong. Because of everything that happened, we had to shift my wife to Manipal Hospital for advanced treatment. The medical expenses have gone far beyond what my family could afford, leaving us under enormous financial stress in addition to the emotional trauma. We felt there was a serious lack of communication, transparency, and compassion from the doctors and hospital staff during this critical period. No family should have to go through what we are experiencing. I am sharing my personal experience so that others can make an informed decision and consider seeking a second opinion before choosing this hospital for such an important moment in their lives.
