Recently went on a solo bike trip in Leh with Glabol. Disappointed with the service by the operations team. The service was good until the moment i paid the full amount. Anybody who’s planning on going with Glabol, please read through the wordings carefully. Anything that isn’t mentioned in writing wouldn’t be provided. When I requested for pick up, I was asked to catch a cab which charges 700 for 3.5 kms. I was willing to pay a reasonable amount if they had arranged something but the operations team wasn’t ready to help out. Despite paying extra for solo bike trip, I was asked to share my bike for a day which would have been fine if they dealt with the situation respectfully which wasn’t the case. There was a lack of transparency throughout the booking. Despite asking multiple times about the number of solo bookings, I never got a correct number. Turns out I was the only solo bike traveller. Aside from these the trip was fun. Got an amazing group of 10 people. The ride marshal was amazing and helped us throughout the trip. Service wise, many of us were disappointed which I am hoping Glabol would look into. Please set your expectations right if you’re booking with Glabol. Leh is amazing and you will have a wonderful time. Just make sure you don’t get pestered by the operations team and clarify every detail early on.

It was a great experience with Glabol. Vishnu was so helpful from start to end. Even he managed everything over there solved whatever situations came within few minutes. The arrangements were also pretty well, stays and food was taken care properly.
