The transportation was reliable, and we always felt safe and well looked after, even in the remote areas of Ladakh. I recently had spiti valley trip with glabol. It was my second trip with glabol. Thanks to glabol that they managed this trip very smoothly. Specially Astha and sakshi. Both of them were helpful and and always ready to solve the doubts. I m totally satisfied with the glabol. It was memorable and adventurous trip indeed. We explored all the spiti circuit points that they mentioned in itenrary. Captain suraj and marshal Rahul made this trip successful. Kudos the team. Thank you so much for this amazing experience. This company is not capable of planning even a single trip. Worst tourism company. Highly disappointed. My brother and his friends recently had a disappointing experience with this travel company. Right from the beginning, the communication was unprofessional, and their booking was cancelled without any prior notice, which created a lot of last-minute stress. It felt like the company only cared about receiving the payment — after that, they showed no responsibility or concern for the experience. The bike provided was in poor condition and unsafe for the terrain. Even after raising concerns, no proper action was taken. One of his friends ended up getting injured because of the wrong size gear, even though they had informed the company in advance. Although a few people on the ground were supportive, the overall management and planning were highly unorganized. I hope this review helps others make an informed decision. Based on my brother’s experience, I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Just returned from one of the most incredible trips of my life — Spiti with Glabol India, and I genuinely couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Extremely disappointing and unprofessional experience. We had booked a Manali to Srinagar package for 12th June 2025 back in March. After the Pahalgam incident and the situation stabilizing by mid-May, most other operators resumed Srinagar trips—but on June 1st, we were abruptly informed that Srinagar was cancelled from our itinerary. We tried to cooperate and requested one of the following: 1. Adjust the cancellation charges of our return flight from Srinagar 2. Refund the advance so we could go with a different organiser 3. Take us on the originally agreed route They refused all three options without any justification. Despite appearing professional at first, their post-booking service was shockingly poor. We even reached out to the director via LinkedIn—no response. Yash and Sakshi, our points of contact, stopped answering calls entirely. What’s worse, while they cancelled Srinagar for us, other operators were still taking groups on the same route during the same time. This was not just unprofessional—it felt like a complete disregard for customers. I strongly urge others to think twice before trusting them with your travel plans.

I took the MLS Bike Sharing package. Overall the experience and facilities provided were amazing. The bike were good enough to ride on in such rough terrains. Gears were hygienic as they had got everything dry cleaned. Leg gears were standard. Some of the helmets were sub par. The stays were very comfortable and food was delicious. Although the flow on information lagged. We did not get everyday briefing about weather, road conditions, place we would visit etc. There was no initial training session about road signs/rule, which led to a bit chaotic line up. The captains could have been more compassionate about the travellers.
