Leh to Leh Bike trip: Amazing once in a lifetime experience in June 2024

An Amazing Experience.The entire Glabol team was so supportive and Co operative throughout our journey. Accommodations, food, bikes were all wonderful & well organized. The team was super friendly and helpful. Overall a Memorable experience to be remembered always. Will definitely recommend this group and look forward to another journey with this amazing group.

We had booked a 6-night, 7-day package. During the trip, one of our friends met with an accident and suffered damage to the bike. Initially, there was a promise of sympathy and compensation from a global member for the accidental damage caused by a rider outside our group, but in the end, no cooperation was provided regarding the compensation. Additionally, 2–3 of our members continuously faced issues related to oxygen deficiency. We were assured that oxygen support would be provided in such situations, but it was given only once. On subsequent days, our requests were ignored, and we were told to return to Leh if the problem persisted, instead of receiving proper assistance. Furthermore, some of the hotels booked by them did not have proper Wi-Fi facilities. We were originally assigned 3 bikes, but later, without informing us, one bike was taken away.

Had a really good bike trip with Glabol at an affordable price. Breakfast, Dinner and hotel stay is taken care by them. Only lunch is not included. Paid 32k with offer initially it was 35k without offer. Bike rent, luggage carrying vehicle will have 2 bike mechanics and extra vehicle as back up. Totally worth it. Just u need to have guts to face the Himalayan extreme roads and weather which is the toughest in this entire world!!!!!!!!

trip with this company was nothing like what we were sold. From the beginning, the communication was poor — there was no proper briefing, no clear instructions, and everything felt disorganized. We were promised a dedicated support team during the tour, but once the trip began, we were mostly left to figure things out ourselves. There were long delays every day, the team rarely picked up calls, and no one seemed to know what was going on. Transport between locations was also a problem. One of the vehicles broke down mid-route and we had to wait hours in the heat without any backup plan. No one from the company showed up to assist or offer an alternative. The tour felt like it was thrown together at the last minute with no planning or care. What should have been a relaxing getaway turned into a stressful experience where we constantly had to chase the tour team for basic services. I would not recommend this company to anyone looking for a hassle-free trip. They are unresponsive, unprofessional, and clearly not ready to handle group tours responsibly.

Worst travel agency experience ever. We booked our trip with them and paid in full, but everything went downhill from the start. Our original plan was to cover 5 places, but due to rain the entire itinerary was cancelled. Instead of helping us re-plan or at least making proper arrangements, the company simply dumped us and left us unattended. Their so-called “compensation” was to take us to just one single place – nothing close to what we paid for. They neither communicated properly, nor took responsibility, nor cared about our experience after taking our money. Zero professionalism, zero planning, and absolutely no customer support. If you value your money and time, avoid this agency at all costs. Total scam vibes – they just vanish once they’ve taken your payment.

I had attended a batch in 23rd June 2024. It's a 10 days bike trip. It was indeed a great thrilling experience. Glabol has arranged it really well. Thankyou so much for that. Riders are knowledgeable and best in their jobs. Plan was good . Stays are also nice considering the budget they are charging. Meals are provided twice a day . It was nice overall. Just few suggestions though : Bikes could have been more better and props they provide for all bikers also should be good in future. That will really help the riding experience.

I recently completed an unforgettable trip to Spiti Valley,. From the very beginning, the team at Glabol India took care of all the logistics, ensuring a seamless and hassle-free experience. The itinerary was well-planned, covering all the must-visit spots. Abhishek, our guide, was a true highlight of the trip. Not only did he provide insightful commentary, but he also made sure we were comfortable throughout the journey, which can be challenging given the rugged terrain of Spiti. His enthusiasm, warmth, and ability to connect with everyone made the trip even more enjoyable. The accommodations, transportation, and meals were all top-notch, and Glabol India made sure we were taken care of at every step.
