*1/5 Stars - AVOID GLABOL INDIA AT ALL COSTS!* I'm writing this review as a warning to fellow travelers: stay far, far away from Glabol India! This travel agency is a complete disaster, and my experience with them was an unmitigated nightmare. *Pathetic Customer Service* From the moment I booked my trip, I knew something was off. The customer service team was unresponsive, unhelpful, and downright rude. They seemed more interested in making excuses than in providing any kind of assistance. *False Promises and Lies* Glabol India promised me a "dream vacation" with "unforgettable experiences." What I got was a hastily thrown-together itinerary with subpar accommodations and transportation. When I complained, they lied to me, telling me that everything was fine and that I was just being "too picky." *Disorganized and Unreliable* The trip was a disaster from start to finish. Flights were delayed, hotels were dirty and uncomfortable, and the guides were unqualified and unhelpful. It was clear that Glabol India had done little to no research on the destinations or activities they were promoting. *Scam Artists* I'm convinced that Glabol India is a scam operation. They took my money and delivered nothing but lies and excuses. When I tried to get a refund, they disappeared, refusing to respond to my emails or phone calls. *DO NOT TRUST GLABOL INDIA* In conclusion, my experience with Glabol India was a complete and utter disaster. They are a dishonest, unprofessional, and unreliable travel agency that will leave you feeling frustrated, angry, and ripped off. Avoid them at all costs! *Rating Breakdown* - Customer Service: 1/5 - Organization: 1/5 - Reliability: 1/5 - Value for Money: 1/5 - Overall Experience: 1/5 *Will I Recommend Glabol India?* Absolutely not. In fact, I'll be warning everyone I know to stay far away from this scam operation.

My experience with Glabol has been amazing. The group i travelled with was also fun. We covered all the places easily and had amazing stays orgainised. Our trip cordinator Himanshi Bhaiji has been amazing with us and gave us lot of insights about the places. Throughout the trip Himanshu bhai was very active and kept us on our feet. Very lovely experience i would recommend everyone to try it atleast once💯

The management of Ladakh trip by the Team Glabol was truly exceptional. Looking forward for more trips ahead.

Our Glabol Spiti trip was a nightmare largely due to our travel coordinator, Aastha. Her customer service was abysmal. From her rude tone to her utter disregard for our requests, she made us feel like an inconvenience rather than paying customers. We repeatedly asked for assistance and timely documents (like invoices and emails), but she consistently failed to deliver and offered no cooperation whatsoever. It's baffling how someone so unaccommodating works in travel. While Siddharth (group marshal) and Captain Jimmy were good, and other staff were okay, Aastha's personal interaction was the absolute worst part of the trip. On top of that, the bikes were practically falling apart. If you value good communication, basic politeness, and reliable service, steer clear of Glabol if Aastha is involved. She demonstrated a complete lack of empathy and professionalism throughout our expensive trip.

A huge thank you to Glabol for organizing my dream Ladakh circuit trip on a bike! The experience was truly amazing. The trip organisers and marshals were exceptionally helpful and went above and beyond to assist all the riders. And, Glabol provided excellent accommodation and food throughout all 10 days of the trip, enhancing our comfort and enjoyment. I highly recommend Glabol for their outstanding service and dedication to customer satisfaction.

My friends and I had a really frustrating experience with this travel company. Right from the start, things didn’t go smoothly — communication was lacking, and to our shock, our booking was cancelled without any warning. It completely threw off our plans and caused unnecessary stress. What bothered us most was how the company seemed to vanish once they received the payment. There was no follow-up, no accountability, and definitely no concern for our safety or comfort. The bike they gave us was in bad shape and clearly not fit for the route we were taking. Even after pointing this out, they didn’t take our concerns seriously. One of my friends got hurt because the gear he was given didn’t fit properly — something we had specifically informed them about beforehand. While a few on-ground staff members tried their best to help, the overall planning and organization were a mess. I wouldn’t want anyone else to go through what we did. If you’re considering this company, I’d strongly suggest looking elsewhere. Our experience was far from what we were promised.

My experience with Glabol Expedition Pvt Ltd was truly outstanding. From the meticulous planning to the excellent service, every aspect of the trip exceeded my expectations. The highlight was definitely Pangong Lake, with its breathtaking scenery and tranquil beauty. It was a once-in-a-lifetime destination that made the whole journey memorable. I highly recommend Glabol for anyone seeking a well-organized adventure with stunning destinations.
