Site की जानकारी कैसे दें?

Frontage की clear photo, approximate available space और installation की जगह बताएं। Final measurement किसे करना है, पहले तय करें। Building owner या management से जरूरी approvals के बारे में अपने स्थान के अनुसार पूछें; design approve होना installation permission होने के बराबर नहीं है।

अगर पुराना board हटाना है तो उसका काम और disposal quotation में शामिल है या नहीं, यह पूछें। Access कठिन हो तो supplier को site visit में स्थिति देखने दें। Height या electrical work स्वयं करने के बजाय appropriate professionals से करवाएँ।

Artwork proof ध्यान से जाँचें

Business name, address, phone number और language की spelling मिलाएँ। Logo का original file दें, जहाँ उपलब्ध हो। Font या image इस्तेमाल करने का अधिकार भी स्पष्ट रखें; दूसरे business का design उठाकर अपना मान लेना सही तरीका नहीं है।

Colour critical हो तो physical sample या agreed reference से approval दें। Screen पर दिखता रंग और तैयार surface का रंग अलग लग सकता है। Final approved artwork का version और date लिखकर रखें।

Quote में क्या शामिल होना चाहिए?

Measurement, design revisions, material, fabrication, electrical components जहाँ applicable हों, transport और installation को अलग समझें। Electrical connection और ongoing maintenance की जिम्मेदारी भी पूछें।
