I had high expectations for this trip, but Glabol India Expedition mismanaged it completely. They started off well with a great hotel for the first couple of days, but once they received the payment, their care and responsiveness disappeared. The worst experience was in Kashmir, where our houseboat rooms were given to someone else due to their poor coordination. The team failed to provide a proper list for group accommodations, leading to unnecessary chaos. Another terrible incident happened in Pehalgam. The resort looked nice from the outside, but it turned out to be one of the worst places I’ve ever stayed. It lacked proper electricity, basic facilities, and water supply, making the stay extremely uncomfortable. Overall, I strongly advise against booking with Glabol India Expedition. Pay extra if needed, but choose a better, more reliable travel agency. This company does not value its customers once they have taken your money.

Recently went to Spiti valley with glabol our trip was very well planned and our captain Devanshi was very efficient and friendly her energy was great she made our trip so fun 100% Recommended

Delightful experience in Vietnam Group trips were very well organised. Airport pick and drops were on time. Hotel stays were arranged at very convenient places. Vishnu from Glabol team handled our schedules ,helped us in every aspects and Vietnam members/ guides were so good in guiding us.

I went to Ladakh with Glabol and the experience was just amazing. Whether it's the stays, or the food, everything was just above expectation. There were a few complications in the journey but everything was taken care of in a fraction of time. The back office team was available all the time and the service was top notch. I would definitely suggest everyone to go with Glabol.

Recently We booked a trip to Ladakh with global because its reviews on google were very good but nothing was found as per the reviews. We returned only to every place. In the 5 day bike trip, we got the bike only for 2 days. The rest of the bike was loaded at every place to ride and we had to pay all the loading charges separately. It was written in the inventory of the trip that if we could not take the road blocks, the company would provide an alternate option, but we had to pay for that also separately. Every place the guys of their company are sitting here to return, they are saving their petrol. Very bad experience with globol.

"Glabol Tour – A Scam Factory, Shameless Conduct, and Utter Disrespect Towards Customers" My Ladakh trip with Glabol Tour was the most disgusting, mentally exhausting, and insulting travel experience of my life. This so-called “tour company” is nothing more than a gang of liars and cheats whose only skill is extorting money from customers while delivering zero service, zero responsibility, and maximum humiliation. I booked a Srinagar to Delhi package along with flight tickets. Without my consent, they shamelessly downgraded it to a Delhi to Delhi package, causing me a direct loss of ₹25,000. This is not a “mistake” — this is daylight robbery. In Manali, they provided breakfast on the first day, but on the second day, we were forced to pay from our own pocket — despite their itinerary clearly stating that breakfast and dinner were included. This is nothing but deliberate false advertising to cheat customers. All check-post permissions were supposedly handled by them, yet we were forced to pay an entry fee ourselves. This is pure financial exploitation. After our bike tour ended, they left us standing on the roadside for 4 hours — no seating, no rest area, no access to freshen up. This is inhuman treatment. On August 6th, we departed from Manali towards Delhi. Within just 3 hours, we got stuck in traffic for a shocking 48 hours. Throughout this nightmare, Glabol Tour didn’t make a single call to check on us. I even had to cancel my Delhi flight due to the delay, suffering another ₹20,000 loss. While stuck, we requested they arrange an alternate route and offered to pay 50% of the cost if they covered the other half. Their shameless response? “We will only give ₹800, the rest you manage yourself.” That’s how much they “care” about their customers. When I confronted them, their representative had the audacity to say — “If you can’t handle this, why did you come to Ladakh? You should have booked a Lonavala package instead!” This is not just rudeness — it is a direct insult and mockery of their customers. After 48 hours of being stranded in a non-moving bus, with people sleeping on the road, no food, no water, no facilities — their final response to our complaints was — “Stop acting, we’ve seen your drama before.” Glabol Tour is a disgrace to the travel industry — a shameless, unprofessional scam operation that robs customers of their money, time, and dignity. Booking a tour with them is like throwing your hard-earned money into a fire. I will never travel with these fraudsters again, and I strongly warn everyone else to stay far away from this nightmare of a company.
