Not a good service at all. I was told that I would be getting Innova Crysta car of model 2025 but the car given was super old one. The driver was not responsive. Middle seat was not comfortable at all. It was a horrible experience travelling with this car. Would never plan again or recommend to take their service in future.

Price of the cab was good and Driver was also good but the only issue was that we got the CNG car because of that we had to take multiple stops for filling the cylinder and also finding cng pump in Maharashtra is not easy and also Driver was more focused on maintaining Mileage which also cost too much delay. Overall I am giving 4 rating as agency and price was good

Used their services for 2nd time. Both times was 2wk long usage for our home visit in Indore. Very good service. Cordial and helpful driver. Well suited for Family. Reasonbly priced. Very accommodating to change in daily timings and extra stay (for nominal fee). Overall very satisfied and highly recommended.

Ertiga car was clean n well maintained. Drivers reported on right time n drove safely. So overall Service was good. Thank you. But I suggest you a few things. Most of the guests coming to Indore are pilgrims and tourists. They know little about places. You should preinform them about what are entry procedures, what are suitable timings to visit, travelling time, and so many small thing. These small things make a lot of difference. You should make standard write up on all these things and send it to all who book with you. For example, evening is best time to visit Mahankal coridor, or sarafa snacks market timings are 10pm onwards, or possible traffic jam in ghats to Omkareshwar. Drivers tell these things on the last moment, which is of no use. This caused us some trouble.

During our stay in Indore, my family had planned a visit to Shree Omkareshwar and we were scheduled to leave at 4:00 AM. Coincidentally, the Hon’ble President of India, Droupadi Murmu, was also visiting Omkareshwar on the same day. Due to the stringent security arrangements and expected traffic restrictions, the taxi service we had booked in advance did not turn up, and several other operators were reluctant to accept the booking, anticipating significant delays. With very few options left, I searched online and contacted this service at around 4:00 AM. To my pleasant surprise, the call was answered immediately, and the booking was confirmed without any surge in pricing. The fare was reasonable and transparent, and within 30 minutes, a cab arrived at our hotel. Our driver, Vishnu, greeted us warmly and professionally. Throughout the journey, Vishnu ensured that we had a comfortable and stress-free experience. He patiently accommodated our schedule, gave us ample time to visit the temple and take a holy dip in the sacred Narmada River, and never rushed us at any point. He also recommended a few excellent places to eat, all of which turned out to be wonderful suggestions. Overall, the experience was seamless, professional, and highly customer-focused. I sincerely appreciate the prompt service and positive attitude of the entire team. I would gladly recommend their services to anyone visiting Ujjain or Omkareshwar and would not hesitate to use them again in the future.
