Very unprofessional. At the last moment , after taking advance also , he refused sending cab saying clutch ka problem hai. My trip went on toss at the last moment. Worst customer experience. Not recommended at all.

When you travel to a unknown city what do you look for while availing a tourist taxi promptness, vehicle cleanliness, driver professionalism, safety, and fair pricing. As Ola and Uber are sometimes unreliable they tend to cancel your ride at last moment as i had faced this many time in Pune. I opted for this Family taxi service in Indore as i had to go to Omkareshwar and Mahakal temple. The service was prompt the driver well behaved knowledgeable and offered me a clean car...actually i happened to be in Indore twice in September 2025 as the second time i had been to Nalkheda and Kalbhairav temple. While booking the person was very polite and offered me reasonable rates in general the best taxi service in Indore......

Best service in indore city with genuine rates. Owner (Himmat bhaiya) is quite a good nature person. Got instant cab booked for the family. All his drivers are well trained and expert and well behaved. Will suggest if anyone wants rented taxi in indore or nearby places can contact him, he is very approachable.
