It was really good and comfortable travelling with Dilip ji and it has arranged by Hemant ji vimal ji sharma, cab captain was really good in driving and personal behaviour and he was available before time on Ratlam station I travelled with him from Ratlam to Indore nice experience
Very clean good vehicle, equally good and cooperative driver. Reasonable rates. Absolutely on time attendance. No hassles and no whining at the chaotic traffic at times.
Not cooperative at all for any kind of change of plan. First offered a lower price comapre to other taxi services & than Just a day before actual booking changed the price. At first they say everything is included also the driver allowance & later at time of payment we have to pay it as extra.
It was a truly wonderful experience. The car was in good condition.The price was reasonable and the driver was punctual and friendly.
The Family taxi, their service is the worst of worst I have ever experienced. We booked a 4 day tour for Indore and the charge decided was including the parking, toll, driver food etc.. At first things were going well, on the last day of the trip he asked for an extra charge for more than 12 hours for each day, which was never communicated at the time of booking and he kept saying that it was pre-decided at the time of booking. We have our whole chat where nowhere he mentioned about the extra charges over and above 12 hours. At last he said either we have to pay the driver food or charges for extra hours. He threatened us saying "Paisa nikalwana ata hai". We are mentally harassed by his behaviour and he spoiled our trip. Their service is totally worst and all reviews are faked... We have also informed the Madhya Pradesh Tourism department regarding the harrasment and will take further steps once we return from our trip.
Found the family taxi online just before boarding my flight to indore. I have to say they were punctual. The driver was presentable & polite. The car very clean. The pricing economical. I would definitely use their services again.
Very happy with the support and service received during our 5 days of Indore, Ujjain and Bhopal Tour. The Innova hired was clean and in great condition. Driver was polite and very helpful. Thank you very much for all the support and help .
