The Family Taxi - Innova Crysta Taxi Service

I booked this cab for a one-day round trip to Omkareshwar from Indore. I chose this cab service after seeing its good reviews and high ratings. However, based on my experience, I would suggest not relying solely on the ratings, as they may not always reflect the actual service. At the time of booking, the owner Hemant, clearly confirmed that the agreed fare included all charges such as tolls, parking, driver allowance, and any other expenses. I was specifically told that I would not have to pay anything extra apart from the final fare. However, after completing the trip and returning to Indore, the driver asked me to pay separately for his breakfast and lunch. When I explained that the driver's allowance was supposed to be included in the fare and that he should collect it from the cab owner, the driver replied, "Ye to dena hi padega." I then call Hemant and he also said "Ye charges to dena pdega". My concern is not the amount itself, but the lack of transparency. If the owner had informed me during the booking that I would be expected to pay separately for the driver's meals, I could have compared other cab options and made an informed decision. Instead, this was brought up only after the trip was over, leaving me with no choice. Edit: Updating my review after the Cab owner's response: Hey, please stick to the facts and don't provide incorrect information here. How can you claim this was a 12-hour trip when the taxi picked me up at 9:45 AM and I returned to Indore at approx 8 PM. I also have all the trip vouches. Also, I hadn't even had my own dinner by 8:00 PM, so how could I have arranged dinner for the driver? Moreover, both of you asked me to pay for the driver's breakfast and lunch, not dinner. If the trip had been delayed and we had returned to Indore late at night, I would have gladly paid for the driver's dinner as a gesture of goodwill, even if it was already covered in the trip fare. More importantly, if the driver's meal charges were already included in the total fare, why were you asking the passenger to pay separately for the driver's breakfast and lunch? That simply doesn't make sense.

The overall service was good. The Innova Crysta vehicle was in good condition and comfortable ride. Our pilot Ramji was helpful, co-operative with patience with us. He was available around the clock...I recommend this service provider for any trip in Indore...Thank you!

Great service from Hemant ji. Rented Innova Crysta for 4 days. The Car was in very good condition. And driver Dilip Ji severed us in our trip to Omkareshwar, Ujjain, Nalkheda , and Indore. Drive s attitude is very good and he had been very attentive throughout the trip. I really recommend this travel service and in my future Indore trip it will be my first preference. Thank you.

We hired a taxi from Family Taxi for two days during our trip from Jaipur to Indore, Ujjain, and Omkareshwar. It was a wonderful and completely hassle-free experience. The driver was extremely cooperative, polite, and accommodating throughout the journey. He took us to some really good food joints, helped us explore Indore, and even took us to the best places for namkeen shopping. Whatever we requested, he happily accommodated without any fuss. The entire journey was smooth, comfortable, and very well managed. We truly enjoyed the experience and would definitely recommend Family Taxi to anyone travelling around Indore, Ujjain, and Omkareshwar. Excellent service and a very pleasant experience overall!
