Gajraj travels

Very unprofessional travel service. We booked tickets from Indore to Udaipur, and midway through the journey, they made us switch buses without any prior notice. The bus was in poor condition, unhygienic, and definitely not worth the money. I do not recommend this travel company.

में इस ट्रैवल्स को ५ स्टार देता पर इस ने जिस होटल पे रोका है होल्ड किया आज रात १२/३० पे उस होटल पे खाने के लिए कुछ मिल नहीं रहा और ड्राइवर और उसके साथी को पूछा तो ग़लत ग़लत जवाब दे रहे है अभी आधी रात को आदमी अपनी फ़ैमिली को क्या खाना खिलाए ? अगर इसमें जीरो होता तो में ज़ीरो स्टार इस वजह से दे देता पर नहीं है में इसके साथ वीडियो भी अपलोड करता हूँ देख लेना बाक़ी बस में व्हासरूम है क्लीन बस है पर इसने जो ये होटल तिरुपति पे रोकी वो बहुत ग़लत किया

THEY PICK UP RANDOMS WHO ARE THIEVES. My hiking shoes were stolen by some unregistered passengers during the 8 hour ride, so I woke to find them gone and had no shoes to wear. Those same thieves were sleeping in our assigned cabin when we boarded and left food, cigarette butts etc which I had to sweep out. Also the bus was late and didn’t arrive on time from Udaipur to Indore, I wouldn’t reccomend this company

Their was best cleanliness and customer support and it's also good bus not getting smell from anywhere

Ye itne ghatiya ha inko indore se parcel 📦 rakhaya or ine bola ki kal jayega or mere coustomer ko Bhar jana tha or fir ye bole ki 2 din baad ayega …

Totally disgusting I travelled from indore to Lucknow And in the initial times conductor said to driver their is red light indication which was ignored and then We ended up meeting an accident, I don't blame driver it's the bus service company who ignore and we suffered Bach gaye jaise taise ab nhi aana is bus me

All the staffs were good and supportive… bus was also clean I travelled from kanpur to indore and it was a good experience… you can consider it

"This bus operator is known for cheating its passengers." They didn't pick us from the designated pick up point & instead asked us to go to a location 9.5 km away without any compensation. The Gajraj Travels Office Staff & the Driver were very Rude & Misbehaved with us, flatly / rudely denying our request for reimbursement of the additional transport costs. Although they had agreed to cover the costs over the phone, they denied / reneged onec we reached the location.

ALERT ALERT: Irecommend please don't book this bus, with my confirm ticket they didn't take my calls(i called them 12 times) and even didn't stop at the boarding bus stop. Worst experience in my life. Don't Book this bus.

Pathetic experience in Gajraj travel I would like to highlight some concerns regarding the service at the Gajraj Bus Service Ujjain branch. Staff Behaviour: The behaviour of the staff at the *Ujjain branch* was not professional or supportive towards passengers. Proper customer handling and polite communication are expected. Timing Issue: The bus did not follow the scheduled timing, which caused inconvenience and unnecessary delay for passengers. Communication Gap: There was a lack of proper communication regarding departure timing and updates, making it difficult for passengers to plan their travel. Overall, the service experience was not satisfactory. It is recommended that the management take necessary steps to improve staff behaviour, punctuality, and communication to ensure a better experience for passengers.
