If you want to get cheated, this is the perfect operator. Their office staff charged me double for a single seat and then tried to make two people squeeze into the last-row corner seat meant for one. The bus was dirty beyond imagination. Pathetic service, dishonest staff and zero basic standards. Complete waste of money.

Poor and third grade services of Gajraj. A scooty was booked for Lucknow. Initially they (Mr.Lokesh of Gajraj Travels) told that please come at 4PM and we will arrange packing of scooty in side Dicky of bus on stand. I've arrived at 4PM at their office at nana kheda Ujjain but Mr. Lokesh was tolerated for packing and told that we will load it in back Dicky in sleeping mode. When I protested they refused to load my scooty stating that GADI ME CHASIS LOAD HAI ASP KAL BHEJ DENA and refund the money. If chasis was planned to loaded then why he called me for my booking and why he told that they will load my scooty in side Dicky. Poor and unreliable services of Gajraj Travels made me uncomfortable.

Maha bakwas bus service Super rude driver Complaint against Gajraj Bus Service (Bus No: AR 01 S 4599) for Harassment, Negligence, and Serious Safety Violations ​ complaint against Gajraj Bus Service operating a bus with registration number AR 01 S 4599. I, along with several other passengers, traveled on this bus from Puri to Jamshedpur, and during this journey, we faced extreme harassment, uncooperative behavior from the staff, and serious safety negligence that put the lives of all passengers at risk. ​The details of the incidents are as follows: ​Connecting Bus & AC Failure: We were booked for a direct or smooth journey from Puri to Jamshedpur. However, we were first given a connecting bus from Puri to Bhubaneswar. From Bhubaneswar, we were boarded onto an AC bus. Mid-way through the journey, the AC stopped working, causing severe discomfort to everyone. ​Electrical Failure & Charging Issues: The bus suffered a major electrical failure. Because of this, none of the mobile charging ports inside the bus were working. The conductor himself explicitly accepted to the passengers that there was a total electrical failure in the vehicle. ​Misbehavior and Harassment by the Driver: When passengers complained, the driver spoke extremely rudely and behaved misbehaved with us. Despite multiple requests from female passengers who needed to use the restroom, the driver flatly refused to stop the bus anywhere, showing complete lack of empathy and basic civic decency. ​Severe Vehicle Breakdown: The bus eventually broke down in the middle of the road due to poor maintenance. ​Critical Safety Violations (Fire & Accident Risk): Upon inspecting the vehicle during the breakdown, we noticed highly dangerous and irresponsible wiring. A live wire was loosely running right next to the tire, which could have easily caused a short circuit, fire, or a major accident. ​Defective Lights & Illegal LED Installation: The bus was operating at night with faulty/non-functional headlights. The driver stopped mid-way to get accessory lights fitted. Shockingly, they installed aftermarket high-beam LED lights, which are strictly illegal on roads as they blind the oncoming traffic and can cause fatal accidents. ​This transport agency failed to ensure basic safety, passenger security, and structural regulations. They showed complete negligence towards the lives of the passengers. ​I am attaching all the relevant photographs and technical proofs of the wiring, breakdown, and illegal lights as evidence in the attachments of this email.also they used an andhra number plate bus in route for jharkhand and odisha

One of the worst travel experiences I’ve had so far with Gajraj Travels. The staff was unprofessional and extremely unhelpful. They kept an illegal boarding point, and when the police arrived, instead of handling the situation responsibly, the driver shouted at passengers to “run and come quickly or we’ll leave you behind.” How is anyone supposed to run with luggage? I had reached the boarding point 30 minutes before the scheduled departure, yet I still had to go through this unnecessary chaos. The entire experience was stressful, poorly managed, and completely unacceptable. I would not recommend Gajraj Travels to anyone.
