Kal Raat ko meri bus thi badnagar se Jodhpur ke liye pehle to bus 2 ghante late aayi fir bus ka driver aur conductor paiso ki lalach me by road Jane ki vajah gaon gaon hoke ja rahe hai gaon ke passanger bitha kar droping time 9 baje ka tha abhi tak bus pali bhi nahi pahuchi hai gajraj travel ke operater aur conductor ka behaviour bhi bahut kharab hai meri ye last trip hai gajraj travel me inko time ki koi value hi nahi hai

One of my worst travelling experiences. Firstly the driver is so disrespectful. I was travelling alone with my mom with so much luggage and these men were just staring, on asking for help they just stood there staring at us. And there behavior was also very very disrespectful towards ladies, complete shame! And secondly, the bus is running very late. Very poor service and disgusting staff. Would highly recommend travelling from any other place but not from here. Complete disappointment and worthless experience.

We travelled from Ujjain to Delhi (05-04-2015) by bus through Gajraj travels, it was an awesome experience, bus left Ujjain on exact right time, moreover we reached Delhi half an hour early than expected time. There were two halts in between for refreshment and restroom. Food was great and rest rooms were clean. I would highly recommend Gajraj travels as their services are unmatchable. They deserve 5 star ratings. Thank you so much for the pleasant experience. A shout out to driver and helper who helped my family in boarding and de boarding the bus. You guys are 💎.

I had a very bad experience with Gajraj bus service. No one responded to calls when I tried to get details about the bus timings. During the journey, the AC was not working, which made the travel very uncomfortable. Because of this delay and inconvenience, I even missed my office. Overall, it was a disappointing experience, and I would not recommend anyone to travel with Gajraj.

Wrost experience in Gazraj travel Ujjain. staff behaviour is not up to mark rudely behavior No support from Local staff. Bus delayed and staff are saying he don't know where is bus ask to driver like - Station master says call to train driver for train location. very pathetic experience in Gazraj travel bus. We booked a bus from Delhi to Indore and had a great experience. The bus was clean, tidy, and left on time—and we reached Indore right on schedule. Gajraj Travels offers excellent service and well-maintained buses.

Very rude behaviour of the bus service men if you talk sensible they start fighting with you

I booked two and from Delhi to Ujjain with Gajraj. In spite of reminding the driver as well the conductor to stop at some decent dhaba where washrooms are proper , they ignored my requests and continue to stop at same pathetic dhabas on to and fro trips. Very painful experience . I’ll book some other travels going forward . What is the point of paying extra if you have to experience the services like a local passenger bus.

I had an extremely disturbing and unsafe experience last night while riding this bus. The driver was clearly intoxicated, driving recklessly and irresponsibly. It’s shocking and unacceptable that someone under the influence was allowed to operate a vehicle with passengers on board. The driver caused an accident that could have been much worse, putting everyone's lives in danger. This is completely unacceptable, and I demand an immediate investigation and action. I will never trust this service again and strongly advise others to avoid it for their own safety.
