Gajraj travels

Worst experience ever …..I have booked 5 days back but they cancelled by their own one day before travelling date. Where any one gets another seat in this festival season I sincerely requesting all of you to avoid this traveler.

I travelled from Jaipur to Indore and then return from Indore to Jaipur. Experience was good. Staff was well mannered and well behaved. Driving was smooth. Overall good experience. There is emergency toilet in bus. Nice air conditioning. Curtains and class separation of cabins. Comfortable seats. Clean linen. They provide one half litre water bottle also.

I have booked from Indore to khatushyamji Very good experience with gajraj travel. Nice Journey. Nice experience Very nice bus service on time, clean, mattress available (may give better quality), also good staff behaviour.

So firstly thanks for gajraj travels which make my trip safe or wonderful 💯. I am really appreciate by gajraj travels it was very very nice experience with travels . Driver or conductor they both were very helping nature . As compare rajratan travels the driver or conductor so rude they didn't suggest a good place to live the bas , but the gajraj travels they help me also , they provide there best to company . If whenever I get chances to visit any where so decently I do my journey with gajraj travels.🧿✈️ Thanks once again for make make my journey safe ☺️🙏

Bas naam ke liye VOLVO le li inhone, servixe inki tempo vaalo jaisi hain. they think they are doing "ehsaan" on customerby being a bus operator. have to call more than 20 times to get the boarding point location, everyone was redirecting to some other attendee. Finally after boarding the bus, when i wanted to confirm the bus is for delhi, the ticket checker guy said go to ur seat.

Ghatiya travels hai yeh inki khud ki site ticket booking thi indore to khatushyamji ki and suddenly inhone usse cancelled kr diya or paise bhi refund nhi kiye upar se inka staff itna bekar hai ki paise refund ka bola gya to bolte hai jiss platform se payment kiya tha unko bolo pure 7 din ho chuke abhi tk mera paisa refund nhi aaya

VERY GOOD BUS STAFF IS VERY COPERATIVE & HELPFULL

Worst travel day so far. At the beginning bus operator rescheduled my journey stating bus is late by 2 hours. Then later evening it got late by 4 hours then 5 hours. Also my pick point got changed as bus driver denied to come into city so I had to catch the bus from highway 20km away from the original pick up. I suffered a lot as all the subsequent plans got hampered. A big NO to gajraj travels.

Very poor time management, bus pick up time was 5:40PM from Ayodhya bypass but bud actually started at 11:40PM. Officials tea not ready to answer any phone calls. Lot of families were waiting at this point for 7/8 hrs in cold weather. Lot of people missed there connected trains, buses & flights from Indore. Who is responsible for this financial loss & mental stress. I will recommend people not to travel with such operator where not a single customer was happy out of may be around 50. I personally missed my connected flight to Mumbai. Very sad & disappointing experience in my life.

Honest Review !! Like other travellers comments myself also suffered this delayed & poor structured bus service. In App it was mentioned 1yr old bus but pickup bus were different. Below are my experience- Upper double Sleeper (S9) side window glass was missing & plyboard was there for a scenic view. Pls do travel if you wants to feel like a on road moving jail that too 16 hrs long journey. Seats were OK, but that aisle side glass vibration sound (dhad dhad) was not less than a lullaby. AC was working but out of 2 one vent cap was missing so luckily no one was at aisle side orelse direct AC air won't let them sleep. Slept near window only. By asking only I got a water bottle. Those dhabas stoppage for washroom was also not recommended for female passengers. All passengers were dropped before dropping point. Staff replied to someone bhaiyya auto wala 10 rs lega yar Chale jao. Isse age bus nahi jayegi. Pls do not travel.
