Very good service. Buses are new and good condition. Staff is also good.Traveled from Orai to Indore and bus attendant Mahak Godara is very humble and courteous.
Very bad service. They have shown toilet in amenities but there was no washroom in the bus. Man can pee anywhere but what about women..!!?? Remove atleast one seat from the bus and add one washroom….atleast for womens. Very disappointing. Fake information provided. Committed amenities not delivered.
Worst bus ever I have only one of leave and departure time se 9:30 they drop me at 3 o’clock driver and conductor are very rudely talking towards as I was travelling alone and also don’t give as any water bottle blanket 6 hours late bus just don’t go with this travels 🙏🏻🙏🏻 …
Travelled from Ratlam to Jodhpur, Never seen such a rude staff ever in any other bus service. Staff was very aggressive in their tone. Also the bus is not on time , it's late at every point of journey.
The journey was safe, secure, and comfortable. the staff were friendly, and the bus was clean and well-maintained. felt happy and relaxed throughout the trip.

Sab se gandi bus service hai isme safer kabhi bhi boool ke bhi na kia jaye pehle se hi 3 ghante let or na rukhne ke liye koi point hai highway per yese roj dete na time per pahuchna hai kam se kam 8 ghante let pahuchaya hai bahut ganda bus hai
