It was a good experience way indore to jabalpur bus on time comfortable seats are available it's a budget friendly bus I like the bus staff is also very polite 🙂 specially i mention the name of driver Mr Vishnu Swami he have s good quality for coustomer service thanks to all groups keep it up but please Maintenance the cleaning part also

My bus journey was very good overall. The ride was smooth and comfortable, and I had a pleasant experience throughout. The only issue I faced was with the curtains , which wasn’t in the best condition. However, I really appreciate the support from the bus captain, Rakesh, who was extremely helpful and courteous during the trip. His assistance made the journey even better. The experience was very bad, then ran out the bus and left me on the resturent. We are there responsibility, they need to check, I was alone standing there on an unknown place late night. Even called driver and on 2 other contacts, non of them responded, and then when I got to connect they start shouting and everytime cut the call. Being so irresponsible and misbehaved.

Hello all, I am travelling from Indore to Jabalpur in MP 14 PA 9090. The bus staff and driver behave very rudely. The bus operators should keep in mind that their business is running only because of the customers. My advice is to avoid travelling in intercity buses.

First of all the driver denied my drop location which i selected while booking the ticket. As per the ticket my drop location was bombay hospital but the driver and conductor forced me and other passengers to deboard at Teen imli stop. Apart from that i was carrying Alphonso mango for my family along with my 1 small trolley bag for which they charged me 150 rs. Extra. And also paid 300 rs extra to auto driver to reach my drop location. Worst experience ever

I had a very good travel and its was very smooth . There was no Hassel at all, and all the amenities were provided. I would recommend it to everyone.

Pathetic service posting false travel time on site to gain more bookings, cancelling bus at the last minute. By having high end bus won’t help, intercity travels should provide timely service. 3-4 hrs of delay is normal thing with this operator.

हम इस बस से जबलपुर से इंदौर आ रहे 12/05/25 हमारा और मेरा अनुभव बहुत ही खराब रहा बस तोह बाहर से अच्छा था और जब हम बस के स्लीपर में गये तोह पूरा गंदा था पूरा धूल ही धूल था और विंडो के कांच ऊपर स्लीपर से गुटका खा के थूका हुआ था बहुत ही खराब था और मेरे को नीद भी नहीं आई और जो जबलपुर में बस में सीट चेकर है वो बहुत ही गंदा और रुदली बात करता हैं ‌ॽ ये बस जबलपुर से 9:30 से निकलती है और डिनर के लिए राज्य मार्ग ढाबा में रुकती 12: 00बजे वहां का खाना इतना ख़राब हैं की मात पूछो भाई रोटी तोह ऐसे हैं की तीन दिन पुरानी उठा के दे दिये हो और वो भी ठंडा और उसमें भी कोई मतलब का खाना नहीं है राइस भी ठंडा था ओवर आल सब ही खराब था मैं तोह भाई इस बस में कभी नहीं जाऊंगा

Travelling from ahmednagr to Indore.. bus cabin is full extra members… usme se all the male member are drunked… they entered the bus and slpt between the seats on ground… the bus is rated primo🤣 worst service . Bedsheets are no cleaned… travellibg date 14/10/2023. I have shared the pics …
