Very poor service …. They charge premium ticket rates …there seat is not clean …on jan 28 mumbai to indore bus drive left bus on petrol pump and left all passengers inside bus waiting ….never use this service..use raj ratan ..

Driver aur conductor extra income k liye drunk passenger galary me sula lete he, beech k stops me, ek drunk passenger mera shoe pair ka ek shoe pehan gya aur apna 300rs wale shoe pair ka ek shoe chod gya, driver se bola to badtameeji ki aur list thama di k call krk puch lu kon mera shoe pehan k gya he, us list me us passenger ka nam aur number hi nahi tha... So beware of intercity travels even in high fare ac bus. Please do not travel with intercity, and I will also not travel with this bad service.

The bus had breakdown while going to mumbai from indore.they promised to return amount for who so ever go back to indore. I still did not got any refund and they do not even made any service call. People over there were saying that there buses keeps on breaking usually.

I travelled on 30th April 2019 in Intercity's business class bus, paying premium price ~60% higher to other buses on same route. To start with bus was delayed by 45 mins and driver/conductor were not answering calls, just waited on road for 45 mins for bus. Next when bus arrived conductor denied to keep luggage in trunk, said seats are wide enough to keep luggage, perks of paying premium price. Then the bus was not cleaned at all, it had trash from previous trip, used water bottles and all lying around in seat, pillow was so dirty, dusty and smelly. Curtains were so dusty and smelly, it was difficult to breath. Conductor denied water bottles. This was just the beginning, now the terrible part starts: Bus stopped at Paramount hotel ~50Kms outside Thane for food. Here driver was trying to fix headights. For three hours he kept trying and broke some other wiring during this. it was 3 AM in morning, at this point driver said, headlights were already broken before but started by they were able to manage it due to lights in city. Till 7 AM in morning, all the passengers (includes a lady and a child) were stranded on a highway with no water. All the passengers tried to call manager (Pandit) owner (Dubey) but nobody answered and in morning when they answered started using abusive language. At last I took ride in one of the busses traveling from Indore to Mumbai and went back to Mumbai. No alternate transport, no help arranged by Intercity travels, just left all the passengers on their own. Very terrible, irresponsible behavior by driver/conductor, Intercity Management (Pandit), Owner (Dubey). Extremely unsafe for ladies and children to travels with Intercity.

⚠️⚠️⚠️ Today I travelled in Intercity Travels Indore bus (Intercity Travels Dhariwal) from Mumbai to Indore the driver layed the bus into divider yelling and screaming on people this accident took near Umrane between nashik and malegaon mainly the thing is Brake Got Failed due to such he dragged into divider There was no change to get the same bus as the axel and some another part was totally broken and bus chamber got damaged from bottom now and this all happened at midnight 3:15 AM all passengers are pissed on this bus wala He is not even cooperating with us Never Ever Book bus ticket if you want safe ride ❌❌❌ Be Aware Guys⚠️⚠️⚠️

Worst experience.... a delay of 11+ hours! the bus was already late from the start point in a broken condition. I booked a multi axial Volvo for more that 5k. The bust was suppos to reach Pune at 8am but it's already 9am and we are 7 hours away from Pune. The backup bus has not even come yet. The travels have no empathy and are talking to us in rude language.

मुझे नहीं लगता इन लोगो को कोई फ़रख़ पड़ता है या ये लोग ये रिव्यू पढते भी है या नहीं । जबलपुर से इंदौर (रीवा जबलपुर) बस पहले ही जबलपुर लेट आई क़रीब १.३० घंटा । बस स्टॉप पर ना कोई बढ़ने की व्यवस्था ना साफ़ सफ़ाई । उसके बाद दोड़ी पर ला कर फिर बस को ३० मिंट से ज़्यादा ब्रेक लिया पूछने पर बोला की जो बस ६.३० बजे इंदौर पहुचना थी वो ९ बजे पहुचेंगे । जबकि यहाँ से मात्र १.३० घंटे का रास्ता है । निकृष्ट सेवा है और बस मालिक को कोई फ़र्क़ नहीं पद रहा इतने निगेटिव रिव्यू के बाद भी | hindi me likha hai shayad ab samajh aa jaye

It was one of the worst travel experiences I’ve ever had. I booked this bus from Indore to Delhi on 28th October because I had an important interview scheduled on 29th October at 10 AM. I specifically chose this traveller because it was supposed to reach Delhi early, around 8:30 AM, giving me enough time to prepare. However, this decision turned out to be a complete disaster. The bus arrived around 1:00 PM, causing me unnecessary stress and completely ruining my plans. There was no proper time management, no communication, and absolutely no concern for passengers’ schedules. What’s the point of choosing a service that doesn’t value its passengers’ time or commitments? This was truly a terrible experience, and I regret booking with this company. I will never travel with Intercity Traveller again, and I strongly advise others, including my family and friends, to choose a more reliable option instead.

**Terrible Experience - Complete Breakdown of Service** ⭐☆☆☆☆ (1/5 stars) I had an absolutely awful experience with this bus service that I feel compelled to share to warn other travelers. The bus broke down at 11:00 pm and it was supposed to reach at 04:20 am at Bhopal. But it didn’t get fixed till 08:40 am in the morning. This meant we were stranded for nearly 10 hours in the middle of the night with no proper communication from the staff about when the issue would be resolved. What should have been an overnight journey turned into a nightmare. We reached Bhopal more than 4 hours late, which completely disrupted our planned activities and caused significant inconvenience. The lack of backup arrangements or alternative transportation options was particularly disappointing. For the price we paid, we expected at least basic reliability and contingency planning for such situations. I cannot recommend this service to anyone who has time-sensitive travel plans. Save yourself the trouble and choose a more reliable operator. **Not recommended.**

Bad experience on indore jaipur route , no time management of driver and co driver , driver is smoking all the time . uncooperative staff on NL 8080 no bus
