Worst bus service...shifted passenger from one bus to another, booked ticket from indore to shivpuri on double occupancy ticket,but another bus sleeper coach was way to small to fit in 2 passenger, with one quilt, no proper support provided, also bus quality poor...will never travel in such bus

One of the most horrible bus travels.Beware...I boarded a bus from Mumbai to Indore on 15th...It was 2 hours late.The agent name is jose Jacob nikhil was insensitive, the company didn't bother to inform that it will be late or will not come.We were standing on the road waiting .the customer care insentively tells me to mail and will answer in 24 hours and if I find it inconvenience then board another alternative and ask for reimbursement..these guys are really pathetic. Will never travel and advise anyone to avoid these guys ....They are insensitive and irresponsible.

Comfortable and clean buses, timely arrivals/departures and good/honest staff. I use to travel between Indore and Pune and found that this is the best travels. Once I forgot an important item in bus and just after reaching home, got a call from driver about that item and collected it successfully. Highly recommended.

I have booked the bus AR01T9090 to Indore from Red Bus. It was very terribe experience. It generally booked in 900 but on the 25/02/2025 it was booked for 1250. I was already paying extra other then usual days and not getting good service. Bus was smelling so bad and having the dust ordour and the seats and blankets are also not clean. There were footwear spread in the gallary and two passengers are sleeping in the gallary at the end of the bus. Due to dust smell I can't sleep whole night. However the bus staff was very good and bus reached on time but it is not providing the service the charges they are charging for.

Very bad experience was my last journey from Nagpur to Bhopal on 24.06.2025 After had problem in vehicle also dispatched no AC workings and on the way had happened technical issue no one give solution we are waiting response from intercity but not respond, also for passengers NO alternate facility given by intercity management, before 150KM our destination it's happened. I am not recommend to anyone it's pathetic experience with me.👃👎

Intercity volvo bus driver itne battamiz the bat karne ke ladies se bat karne ki tamiz nahi thi.. bus apne fayde ke liye jaldi pahunchne ke chakkar me washroom ke liye gadi rok hi nahi rahe the.. name to mujhe nahi pata bht takriban 65 ki age ke honge.. 2 ghante se bola washroom ke liye ruko to janbujke rok nahi rahe the or kahte hai open space me baith jao.... kahi bhi ye tarika hua bat karne ka.. unke ghar ki ladies baithti hogi open space me.. aainda aisi bus me chadne se pahle 10 bar socho.. 2500 kiraya dene ke bad bhi aisi gatiya services di hai... don't traval in this bus.. sirf bus acchi hone se kya hota hai behave or understanding matter karti hai..

Bahut hi khrab service h ghatiya kabhi is bus se mat jana koi call receive nhi krta h 5-5 ghante bus let aati h yatri preshan hote rhte h ye kisi ka call nhi receive krte h

Very bad experience. Cost is too high for service, seating area and staff is also very bad. They spit gutka from running bus and bus gets dirty outside when we touch handle to enter in bus. And when I told to make it clean, he started to spill out bad words and fight with me. Even there is no separate pillow inside bus.... Where as I travel from Ahmedabad to ujjain in different travel that is too good with cost effective than this. That travel bus is Purple bus . Everyone must travel in that bus and it is less costly than this. If I get free travel in this bus still I won't come second time. I will never travel in intercity bus now onwards.

Treking of bus is difficult,Drivers not picking phone,not reporting on phone and not informed about problems in engine of bus due to that passengers and there families worried. Not a single number on site was picking,All landline numbers was out of service.shame on you people,you are not aware of servises only money matters for you and owners of travel company. Very bed opreters.only need money, not services.
