Intercity Travels

I am traveling from Indore to Pune and was waiting for half an hour on the stop. The bus came late and suddenly went 300 MTR ahead of the mentioned stop. The bus staff called and instead of apologising or requesting me to come ahead, blamed me and shouted on me. I was with my kid and completely irritated and frustrated. Pathetic behaviour and attitude. Travel Date 24/11/2023.

Bus No MP07NA9090…Bus route Rajkot-Indore..Travel DT 11th April 2025…Horiible journey that conductor had taken outer passengers of more than 10 nos in bus which is already completely full. Where is the safety of us and horrible situation that we are 1500/- for a ticket to travel in a higiene and reputed travels but here because of these driver and conductors, it looks like we are travelling in a govt depo bus which is overloaded, unhigienic and unsafe for travelling with our family… Be cautious to ignore intercity bus on this route..

The bus is never on time. The actual time to reach Indore in a pune Indore bus is 9 am but the bus always reaches at 11 am. No reply from the management ever

Worst experience with this travels... Totally money minded people's. I booked a ticket of 3rd November for deewali almost a month ago they cancel it 15 days before deewali due to vehicle failure then I again book ticket of 4th November and yesterday they again cancel it with the same reason...so that we have to book a ticket on urgent basis on unnecessary high rates. I will say never choose intercity travels on festival season specially. #fraud travels

Travelled from pune to indore on 01 Oct 2024, experienced pathetic, cooling was not good, and punctuality is the major issue, bus stopped after Nirmal place dhaba bcaz of diesel issue. As per schedule bus suppose to reach at 8.15 am to indore but at 9.15 am we are still in the bus and distance need to travel around 50km to our destination. Now our whole day will spoil.Again bus stopped at pithampur around 10 am we tried to log complaint at intercity travels office but they denied to registered complaint.

RASH DRIVING, RUDE STAFF, UNHYGIENIC BUS. This has to be the worst bus you could ever take. Our journey from Bhopal to Rewa was an absolute nightmare. The bus was filthy, reeked the entire way, and the blankets were disgustingly unclean. And don’t even get me started on the operators—they were beyond rude, speaking harshly and showing zero consideration. They refused to stop for washroom breaks, and when they finally did after endless requests, they chose the worst possible places and barely waited a minute. Pure torture from start to finish.

I have had a very bad experience with the intercity bus. The staff kept calling me and saying that the bus will leave at 9:30 and they dropped me at the bus stand and took the bus at 9:10 and when I reached there they said that the bus has left and we can't do anything. First the bus got cancelled and then they booked my ticket in I don't know which bus. I want my money back.

I have had a mixed experience. While going from Pune to Indore, it was awesome Volvo ac sleeper. On time, clean, very nice stops including hygiene of the rest stops. While coming back however, delay of 1 hour at pickup and 3 hours delay at the final stop and terrible rest stop hygiene. The bus itself was very good, clean and comfortable sleep both times.

Avoid at All Costs: Never Use This Bus Service My recent round trip with Intercity from Indore to Pune and back was nothing short of a nightmare. The bus was plagued with multiple issues that made the journey extremely unpleasant. The air conditioning was leaking, causing discomfort throughout the journey. The sheets provided were not just smelly but also appeared unclean, adding to the overall dissatisfaction. What's worse, the bus departure was delayed by a staggering 6 hours, and the staff exhibited irresponsible behaviour by failing to provide updates or adequate customer support. Attempts to contact customer care were futile, leaving passengers stranded without assistance. In conclusion, my experience with Intercity was marked by leaking AC, dirty sheets, a significant delay, and appalling customer support. I strongly advise travelers to never use this bus service if they value comfort and reliability during their travels.

I had a terrible experience and would not recommend choosing this bus service. I booked a bus for November 29th, but we were made to wait for two hours at the boarding point. After that, they informed us that the bus wasn’t working and said they would arrive in two hours. Later, they suddenly canceled the bus altogether. It has been over ten days, and I still haven’t received a refund. I have been calling the operator repeatedly, but there’s been no resolution. They keep telling me to contact Paytm for the refund and claim they can’t do anything.
