Intercity travels gave me worst experience...too much rash driving...rubbish and abusive drivers. No cooperation no value for money. Extremely rude and non recommended. Om totally disappointed with the service. Drivers have no respect and value for travellers and passengers. Broken sockets worst service of my life. Driver is abusing continuously

Such a cheap service they provide. They have cancelled my bus one day before of travel and didn't send me any cancellations message. Just received one call that your ticket has been cancelled and later their no. was not reachable. And no information given for refund. Whom should I contact now? They are not professional. Negative Responsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Very very Bad Experience with Intercity Traveller Captain and Driver they very Unprofessional saying me Mera kya hai aapko joh karna hai Karo aapni safety khud rakho., Captain told me tum jaise passenger k liye thode hai jisko Complaint karna hai Karo Tum mere owner ko nhi jante ho Delhi se hai mera Boss.,kuch nhi kar sakte ho tum mera aur mere boss.i told him I had not booked An Ticket while seeing you .,I had booked seeing Intercity Name ., I will never Recommend to Travel in Intercity Smartbus.,No Safety No Hygiene very Dirty Seat., No More Intercity Smartbus 😡😡 to Travels the only Staff Fall name of Brands, Every Month of end the day stand for Salary Without Working.,

Horrible Experience, on 30th Aug my booking was from Indore to Mumbai, boarding time 7.10pm ,Bus didn't showed up by 8.30 .when asked they informed Bus failed but till that time they didn't consider it necessary to inform passengers about it. They want all passengers to wait endlessly till 10 pm and thereafter they sent ulternate Bus with third class quality. No Covid precautions, no cleaning, no mask and no Hygiene. Basically they don't care about passengers they are just the money seekers. Red Bus also equally responsible for the entire mess, finally I unborded the Bus by looking at at condition. Don't ever Book this Travel they are cheaters and give Hopeless service.

Prices were surged more than 3 times during Diwali, bedsheets and pillows were not washed and there was a miscommunication around bus details which created chaos among passengers during boarding. Overall a very poor experience.

Me and my family is very frequent to intercity travels and in every other trip thier bus breaks down in the middle of the journey. Today my bus broker down even on 18th july my mother was travelling to pune from indore and thier bus broke down.It had happened thrice before as well in past. I can show my tickets as proof.. Intercity is not good as it was before covid. They are UNABLE TO MAINTAIN THIER BUSES...

Poor staff behavior. Our stop was jogeshwari, Mumbai but the driver dropped us 12 km far and forced us to get down.

Extremely pathetic travel experience. Travelling right now in their bus from Indore to Jaipur, and kept my spare phone in my bag during the break stop. Came back within 15 minutes and the phone was gone. When I tried calling, it was switched off. The staff (excluding driver) is extremely rude and initially started shouting and blaming me for leaving my belongings unattended. When I told them that I will take police action as soon as the bus reaches Jaipur, changed their tone and asked me if I want to go to a nearby station and get the bus checked, and that passengers will get off on other stops in the morning and the search will not be fruitful. Refrain from using this bus service. Not blaming them for the theft, but definitely not receptive to their customer's grievances.

Bus was having issues started 2 hours late, broken down before reaching destination, reached home by paying for cab, got late by 4 hours

We had very bad experience in this Bus. Bus staff is very careless about passenger luggage. I travel from indore to sheopur and I keep my luggage in bus laggage compartment. When we reached sheopur then bus staff said that your luggage off load at shivpuri. And after that there will be no support from shivpuri office and sheopur office for get our luggage at sheopur. Then I have to travel again for 4 hour in local bus to get my luggage from shivpuri. And I waste my whole day for that I reached sheopur for my urgent official work .
