Intercity Travels

Very poor service. Yesterday I booked ticket from Vadodara to Mumbai for 26th July 2022. And when I reached at my boarding point i got to know that bus got cancelled due to unavoidable circumstances. Really not satisfied with this type of answer. Atleast I should inform earlier so that I can plan my journey accordingly. I will not refer any of my contact for intercity travel.

Is bus se kharab bus aaj take nhi dekhi staff tho bhot hi kharab he bus 14 hrs leti he mumbai se indore book krte wqt galat time batate he inse badaa koi jhutaa nhi mere bus 1 hr late thi use baad aayi tho bhi staff was so bad baat krne ke manner nhi he Marathi me baat kro bol tha Varna maat kro bad bus service

What a horrible experience it was to travel in Intercity indore to pune today. 8 hours late. The bus broke down twice and we were made to wait endlessly in middle of night to change the buses. I missed very important work appoitnements due to this causing a huge loss to me. And after this all not even a single courtesy message or call from the company. Clearly this company is run by non professionals who dont even care to keep their fleet of buses properly serviced. Go for this company only and only if there is no other choice. - unwanted stopage of bus at any location cause 2hours bus late to reach indore. - unwanted wasteage of time by bus driver and operator - totally irresponsible behaviour by bus operators for passengers timings and there health. - None of there staff members were wearing mask. - No response from the bus operators. - they take full amount but didn't value the time and health and money of passengers. - if your time is important for then this bus service is not for you..because they delay. Bad services no Ac working entire journey and late arrived

It's 2:30 pm and i am going to pick up my candidate from Intercity bus that is running with delay of 7 hours. Original arrival time was 8 am. Their bus from Indore to Pune went faulty twice and the buses were changed on the route making the passengers wait for hours every time. This can only happen if the vehicles are not up to mark and are not serviced timely. Buses might seem ok, but beware, if you want to be sure about arrival timing to your destination, this is NOT the bus service you should book with !! If you book you could end up riding a bus that is potentially damaged and hence dangerous. Negative Responsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

One of the poorest bus service in India. I travelled from Jaipur to Indore. Bus was stopped midway at a restaurant and they started calling passengers out one by one to shift them into another bus that belonged to Ashok travels Mandsaur Group (another poor bus service). I was supposed to reach Indore by 10 AM but due to incompetent behaviour of Intercity travels, my journey got delayed by 4 hours and it costed my my job. It's a promise to the owner of Intercity Travels that I will make them suffer and penalize for the loss I have incurred. Wait for it.

They don't know about time importance , Bus condition is so bad , because of them I got late to give my exam, they don't know how to take with passenger. Bus no. MP30P8080 the bus is from Indore to Mumbai date 5/5/2022 his timing was 10 :20 from pickup but it was late about 30 min , They dropped use in half of the journey , and use to se that there is any problem so couldn't go . So if you travel so go for other bus travel. Due to there problem I reached Mumbai 5 hr late.

The bus is quite good. The space provided is also very good. For a person heighted 5'9 it's really difficult to find a sleeper bus with comfortable space . I could manage to sleep very nice and also they provided the basic amenities which was really nice. The time they have mentioned to reach the destination is correct they do let you reach by time
