मैंने जबलपुर के लिए पार्सल बुक किया 1 दिन में पार्सल पहुंचना था 4 दिन में ग्राहक को पार्सल मिला। और बिल्टी पर दिया हुआ नंबर भी बंद बताता है। बहुत ख़राब सर्विस हे और बात करने का तरीका भी। कृपया इस ट्रैवल्स से पार्सल बुक न करे।

Never Choose this bus, They are fraud, when you are going to book bus they will show different photo and when the bus will come that will be different.. Driver full of Drink krke driving karte hai.. Locals passanger ko bethate hai, local stops me bus rokate hai unhygienic aur girls ke liye its not safe

I traveled from Surat to Ujjain in INTERCITY TRAVELS. I booked the ticket viewing the ratings which was 4* . But my journey was OK as the bus stop at very local restaurant and the TV was not working. The Staff was friendly and service was good

I will share my horrifying travel experience from rajkot to indore in intercity volvo. So here is the complete story. First thing the bus boarding point is wrong, it does not come on limda chowk on rajkot i had to travel back to green land chowkdi. When I reached green land chowkdi the bus operator said the bus is not coming to rajkot, the bus is in ahmedabad (4hrs away from rajkot) and started giving vague reasons, while the real reason was that the bus did not come to pick up 5 passengers. Now they made us sit in a local bus and travel to ahmedabad where we boarded intercity's volvo to indore. Now the real horror begins, at 5:30 am around 37 kms before indore the bus stopped and the driver started shouting that the bus broke down and when we all got down we saw that the side luggage compartment was broken and the luggage was stolen. The driver said the bus got looted on khalgat and the bus driver did not hear a thing. Also to my suprise without any warning the bus a volvo bus broke down. Then after lot of fight without any progress we decided to stop an ingoing bus, bought a ticket and teavelled somehow to indore while the driver and bus operator completely brushed off any responsibility.

Have booked this bus to travel indore in 2500/- which is pretty good rate to pay compared to other options but it was such a pathetic experience the bus was not maintained there were stains in the bedsheet they have not changed it since a long time…. The charger was not working over all i would say donot opt for this bus

Very good Bus services are offered by Intercity Travels. 1x1 Business Class is one of the best along with the Multi Axle Volvo. They try to maintain the level of services they are offering. Buses quality are good some of the buses have very bad suspensions, needs frequent maintainance. Bus takes the Stops at very reasonable Restaurants and Hotels. Everytime my journey with Intercity starts with a neat and clean bedsheets and blankets. Thank you Intercity Travels for maintaining and offering the great service. I hope and wish them luck to continue the same growth path.

First of all there is huge difference between Prasanna Intercity and Intercity travels. So I am sharing this review for Intercity Travels. After I entered the AC bus from Pune to Indore. I first noticed the messy dirty linen on seat. Later I saw the bus driver was stopping bus at any stop picking random passengers not meant to travel till Indore, which are not mentioned in their stops list on site. Because of which its schedule was running almost 1 hr behind. This is not a comfortable bus trip for me.

Travelling from Indore to Jaipur. Driver is doing very late. Busy in boarding and deboarding local passengers which resulted in 2hours delay. Very poor service.

Total journey delay 3:30 to 4 hours from our actual time. Bus driver dont aware for Locations where the perticular stops. this is not accepted. Journey detaila:- Bus No. MP46 P 9090..PNR No. 1221881, Indore to Gwalior. other then bus is dirty, smelly, AC is not good enough. Bus condition is very bad. i need my refund, i never book ticket again fir intercity Travels. Totally Worst. Please guys never book bus ticket from intercity travels if u dont want ur journey spoil.
