Customer care is good but they call it smart bus but not at all up to the mark and not at all smart bus, They had allotted my seats to somebody else without my consent and asked me to shift.

Zero star .... worst service Horrible experience...hijdo ko seat allot kar dete hain...never book intercity bus indore.i travelled bombay to Indore on 18 th April 2024 at 8.00 ..I booked double side seat number 19 ..baby 2.5 years old baby was also with me..mere pass wali seat number 20 par koi nhi aaya..aur mere upar wali seat transgenders ko allot kar di gyi...fir on the way mere pass wali Jo seat Khali thi us par conductor ne ek transgender ko allot kar diya...I was totally umfomfortabl whole night..how can a person comfortable with transgender.. whole night I was getting afraid..aur when I complained conductor so he said ye unko book seat hain jabki conductor aur driver ne Paisa leke mere pass ki vo seat unko de di... horrible experience...this was my last trip with intercity Indore.. please don't book this bus..

They Charged us Full Money but the LED TV inside the bus to Mumbai on 1st Jan was not working, I had complained also but no action was taken.

Worst bus service, staf misbehave during night on road and they delayed bus every time by 6 too 8 hours very pathetic service Don't ever book intercity bus Book Rajratan thy provide very good service

Prayagraj to Bhopal in Non AC sleeper. Length and height of sleeper cabin was small. Every road undulation was felt in berth.

They run a business class and Primo (volvo) but on board anyone for their vacant seat just for 100 -200 bugs. Also they doesn't provide proper drop services , provide drop until teen Imli and arrange a matador for further drops till Radisson last stop other bus services like Rajratan provides proper drop and provides relatively better services.

this travel agency cheated me. It gave me time 9:30 PM at boarding place jabalpur and when i reached before that time then its operator not response on call. and he say to me bus also left on 8:30 PM. they did not give me any prior information about time changing. I want my money. ticket booked jabalpur to indore 23 july 2020. Negative Professionalism
