Intercity Travels

The service of this bus is very poor. The entire seat got wet due to rain. The window was also not closing. When I changed the seat, it was also wet due to which I faced problems the whole night.

Very good experience with the bus service from Pune to Indore, most importance was that the bus was on time at all places and dropped on time. Staff was very cooperative and polite.

04.05.2022 को दीदी के लिए एक तिकीट बुक किया था,05.05.2022 कि जर्नी थी, गाडी थोडी सी लेट आयी पर चलता है!लेकिन रात को जब गाडी खराब हो जाती है!और इंटरसिटी का representative बोल देता है!आपको एक पैसा वापीस मिलेगा!ये बहुत गैर जिम्मेदारी कि भाषा है!* अकेली लेडीज एक छोटे बच्चे के साथ आधी रात को कैसे और कहा जायेगी*? आपको हमारी परेशानी से कोई फरक पडने वाला नही है!कृपया जो भाडा लिया है वो और जो एक्सट्रा भाडा 500रु.टोटल 1260+500=1760 रु जल्द से जल्द refund कर दीजिय!

The bus service is very poor, neither did I call nor did I message, they just changed the seat and gave it to me at the back and their reply is, if you have booked on red bus then talk there

Worst travels for Indore-Pune. They change their seats on their own. They also argue with you rudely if you complain about it.

Extremely bad service no cleanness no bus maintainace 3 bus breakdowns in a single day can you imagine and after that authority says "aacha hua indore mai city mai hua aage jungle mai hota to aap log kya karte " what a reply.

Bus is not comfortable jo dikhata hai vo nhi bhejta hai staff behavior is also not good their so rude with every passengers

The most worst experience, I booked indore to pune for my aged father and at the end time they changed.our bus and the timings are also early and when we asked for dropping point they denied to drop him their said sangwamwadi is our last stop and when I Asked for transfers they didn't listened from my chosen dropping point kharadi and sangwamwadi it's 12km...worst experience with intercity Volvo.... Never gonna book

I am travelling from Pune to indore in intercity business class. The AC blowers is broken. I have to out newspapers into it. So that the air flow can be controlled. It ja ridiculous. The only advantage of intercity is TIME. 90% they drop the passengers on time.
