This is not passenger bus ! It is frieght bus they don't know timming punctuality ! After today I will not travel in this bus. @intercitybus (mumbai indore) Negative Responsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

If u r focusing on punctuality then this bus is not for you, not reaching as per schedule time , may be more than one or 2 hour delay

The worst staff i met in any bus, they called them professionals but even the local bus staff is far better than them so please try to avoid their services........ Worst experience Negative Professionalism

- Just worst ever experience - At gate, 25 liter water was hanged, so path was somewhat blocked, - Bus reached at pick up point 50 minutes late, - No contact number was available of Ahmedabad, - Contact numbers received were out of service, - Red bus giving me illogical reason that bus comes from Rajkot, - Driver saying that entry does not get opened that is why gets late, - Narrow seats, - Emergency exit was blocked by several goods boxes, - Driver was going opposite way for some repairing, - Indore reaching time was 8.00 and finally reached at 2:30 pm, - Ticket fare was sky touching, - Would never use redbus, - Would never go from Intercity,

Good staaf and good service only one request ur bus double seeter sleeper cotton is small soo plz some doo that for long cotton ! Any way some's good..

Very good service and bus was in very good condition,timely reaching to destinations and good hygenic hotels, gopal driver was very cooperative.

Worst service i ever seen in my entire travelling of Mumbai Indore, cleaners ain't got any sense how to talk with passengers, yesterday i was travelling mumbai to indore in intercity volvo, bus took halt at hotel they gave 20 mins to have dinner and my dinner was served by 10 mins and 10 mins for eating and bus was getting ready to go, i was expecting they'll stop for me i went to toilet and came unfortunately they left me there i was running behind bus but they weren't saw me, i've call bus pick up person he did call to driver and bus comes back to pick me up, the person sitting inside was scholding me for not entering bus and arguing, first time i've seen they didn't count passengers and went like that, thats the reason why i gave only 1 star for it.
