Intercity Travels

I am writing to express my recent experience regarding my bus journey from Mumbai. Although the booking application described the vehicle as being one year old, the bus appeared to be over 10+ years old, and the interior was extremely unclean with dusty, unhygienic bedding, making it one of the most unpleasant travel experiences I have ever had.

I booked your bus ticket for 10:30 PM and waited until 1:30 AM, but the bus never arrived. I was left stranded for over three hours without any proper update, call, or explanation from your side. Because of your complete negligence and unprofessional service, I couldn't even reach my home. This is absolutely unacceptable and one of the worst travel experiences I have ever had. I expect an immediate explanation, a full refund, and appropriate compensation for the inconvenience and mental harassment caused by your poor service

Worst experience with Indore to Shivpuri and Shivpuri to Indore. End time cancellation of bus with just 2 hour prior notice without any secondary bus. Also they don’t have proper chart. I have booked Volvo bus 21 seat which was second last and in bus it was last. Like totally ridiculous and fake. And staff is not at all helpful. Intercity owner and staff have so much pride that they don’t listen to passenger and there problem.

⭐ 1/5 If Google allowed minus stars, that is exactly what I would give. I booked an InterCity bus through AbhiBus and later needed a simple modification to my travel time. What followed was absolutely pathetic customer service from both AbhiBus and InterCity. Neither company was willing to take responsibility. AbhiBus pushed the issue toward InterCity, and InterCity pushed it back. I paid for the booking through their system, but the moment I needed genuine support, suddenly nobody wanted to own the problem. Both companies are happy to take the customer's money, but when there is an issue, the customer is left running in circles. No proper solution, no accountability, and no meaningful support — just excuses and passing responsibility from one side to the other. This was an extremely frustrating and unacceptable experience. A company that takes payment should also take responsibility when a customer needs assistance. Based on my experience, I would strongly think twice before booking an InterCity bus through AbhiBus again. Terrible coordination and extremely disappointing customer service from both sides.
