The Quality of Bus is good the behavior of bus staff is also good but during my last ride one of bus staff buy liquor for manpur city during my ride to aurangabad that is so traffic for me.

I booked a seat from Indore to Jalgaon in 400. The bus was air conditionined, neat and clean, there were some mosquitoes though. Jerks were all there and I wasn't provided with blanket as per their policies. Overall jouney was OK and bus was delayed by 1 hour.

Bus was ok but 23 September traveling experience very bad because they run rong root ahemadnagar use root Kalyan hayv 1:30 hours traffic they are not shop night for washroom properly area , leady, girl not confartebale to washroom.

It was Hyderabad destination bus, we were get down at Shirdi. Shirdi Destination reached was on time, driving was good. Staff also ok Bus should stop near the temple, instead of your private hotel adjustment drop. I suggest to change the bus stop to nearby temple surrounding location, hotel shree Shiv Sai is one km is away from main temple, for aged people difficult to come back from the dropping location. And the overall Journey was comfortable. We can't expect better than this in NON-AC service. Bed sheet to be changed or washed

I came from dhule to indore. Travels got late for 20 min and the size of seat was small like I was unable to sleep comfortably. It was neither good or bad experience. It was so so ... In low budget it is ok if no option is there

Don't book ever from this agency if not living in Indore. These people don't mention anything beforehand and later, tell the passengers to change bus once they reach Indore. Arey gelch.. pehle se clearly batana chahiye na

I booked a ticket in Citizen Travel bus from Indore to Jalgaon from Red bus app. According to Red bus app my boarding was scheduled at 9:45 PM from Vijay Nagar. But when I called Boarding point contact Person - Mr.Rohit Sharma. He told me that the bus will reach Vijay Nagar at 9:00 PM and bus will move to Navlakha Bus stand and will not stop at VijayNagar. When I told about booking and mention of boarding point at 9:45 PM on Red bus app, He denied and said the same thing that bus will be at 9:00 Pm at Vijaynagar and then it will move towards Navlakha and when I told him that I will make complain, He told me do complain wherever you want. Such a pathetic person and travel agency. He even abused me and my father and used foul language on phone. Such a bad experience. I can't even articulate here. That was a very bad experience. I will not prefer travelling through Citizen Travel ever in my life.

"Citizen Travels has extremely poor service. No one should travel with them, not even by mistake. On a single trip from Indore to Pune, three tires burst. We wasted four and a half hours dealing with the issue. After persistent efforts, we managed to get in touch with the company's officials. When we asked how it's possible for so many tires to puncture on a single trip, their response was that three or even four tires could burst. They're completely careless. Our bus had two remolded tires, and it was traveling all the way from Indore to Kolhapur. Consider the risk passengers face while traveling with them. Book a ticket only if you're willing to take that risk. Terrible service."

Worst bus experience ever! The boarding point was mentioned as Navlakha, but when we reached there, the office staff informed us that the bus does not stop at this location. Instead, they directed us to Teen Imli, where the bus was supposed to stop. The condition of the bus was terrible the lower seats were almost touching the floor, leaving no proper legroom. Additionally, the toilet was locked, and we were told it was due to some issue.
