Ñot nice experience The staff is not at all cooprative
Bad behaviour of driver and bus boy and office staff. Worst experience. The driver was watching movie while driving.
Nice service, buses are always on time and they are clean and luxurious...
Poor services, no washroom, no light in bus cabin, broken water holder, staff not listening any issue.
Bus always on time, friendly staff, on bus cancellation or any other issue after booking, they immediately update and arrange another bus.
Prices are cheap, owners are humble, but staff, need some extra money. Such a nice bus and take a rubbish route. I was unable to even read texts of mobile
Citizen Travels Indore is a very old and famous travel agency. Its service is very good

It's quite good but they are just don't come in Vijay Nagar square if you book tickets from Vijayanagar then they have the pickup and drop facility to their bus stand they have bus stand in 3 Emily and they will drop you free of cost with their traveller
Very bad service - Citizen travels must be shut down in India, Don't use this travels it's my request, First of all rude office staff of navlakha office booking and Kamal bhai talks with bad words and very disrespectful language Drivers especially called Sagar Bhai is very rude to passengers and always argue with passengers, they don't have space to keep luggage of passengers and carry extra load on vehicle carrier which is risky for passengers and can cause accident of bus and some drivers on AhmedNagar Indore route drink and drive the bus and no action taken till date.I think this bus is made just for carrying parcel and courier service not for passengers and bus reaches always late on destination.Very Very dissapointed and honest review from my side
