Citizen Travels

while travelling from Nashik to Indore, citizen travels bus usually stop at songir fata .This place is very unhigenic, too dirty and washroom is always full of urine..Even no proper western seats available for ladies/ seniors citizen.I request to change this rest stop with immediate effect. Spending 20-30 minutes at this place is very critical. Some people.were having drink/smoe/drings at back side of dhaba. Such activities may result in some serious problems so it is my advice to change the rest stop for everyones compatibility.

Boarded the bus with great great difficulty , due to staff misbehavior They were all drunk on the route , staff conductor and even driver was drunk. They also told us that they wil kill us on the route to Mumbai , so that our family wil not find out dead body

Don’t travel in this bus… if you want keep your girl or woman safe… i am saying this the behaviour i have observed of the driver & bus staff…you want just like nirbhya case happened in delhi… please proceed….

Very disappointing experience with Citizen Travels on the Indore–Kolhapur route. While the AC was working and the beds were reasonably comfortable, the overall condition of the bus raised serious safety concerns. The bus felt more like a goods transport vehicle than a passenger bus. There were no visible emergency exit windows, no fire extinguisher in sight, and no proper safety precautions for passengers. Passenger safety should be a top priority, but this bus lacked basic emergency preparedness. I hope the management takes these concerns seriously and improves the safety standards of its buses before an accident happens.

⭐☆☆☆☆ Very Disappointing Travel Experience I had a very disappointing experience during my journey from Satara to Indore. The bus stopped at around 10:00 PM, but after that, the driver refused to stop at any petrol pump or hotel for toilet breaks. Instead, he stopped the bus on the roadside and told passengers to go in the open if they needed to use the toilet. This was extremely inconvenient and unsafe, especially for women passengers. The next morning, the bus stopped at a public roadside toilet, but there was no water available. When I informed the driver about the issue and politely requested that he stop at a petrol pump or hotel with proper toilet facilities, he became angry and replied, "It's not my problem. Do you expect me to arrange water for you?" He then refused my request and did not stop the bus at a proper facility until around 9:00 AM. This behavior was unprofessional and showed a complete lack of concern for passengers' basic needs, hygiene, dignity, and safety. I hope RedBus and the bus operator take this feedback seriously and ensure that drivers provide regular toilet breaks at clean and safe locations for all passengers.
