The worst experience i have ever faced with any transport facility. Poor amenities, no charging points,dirty seats. worst part are their staff members or representatives. when the Schedule was alreadymade about the travel time dey were unable to fullfill d same and claming themselves the top most best transport in the market. staff members were very unprofessional while asking the reason for delay. they told that they faced some traffic and weather issue but i was the passenger of that worst bus and i didnt gone through any weather or traffic issue during the complete travelling instead they took time in morena for loading unloading their cargo for more than 2 hrs... and when asked why they are making delay so as per one of their representative, they told,,, ukhad lo jo ukhadna hai dsp k bus hai jo krna h krlo hum to ese chalenge ya humari gadi ese hi chalegi itni jaldi thi to train se ajate. hum 28000 ka deisal daalte hai ye cargo loading mai passenger se koi matlab nh... so guys just one quetion for you all ye 28000 tumari pocket se jaare hain ya vahi passenger ne pay kiye the for whom u guys are not even concerned about... passengers where crying like hell due to this delay but the driver was bsy in avoiding those things.... so passengers who are about to chhose this transport... request you to either choose any other or prefer train or agar bhot time hai aap logo k pass to waste on these things so all up to uh..... bcoz they themselve told that Isse acha to train m chale jate bus ku jare..

There services are extremely poor.....I contacted their executive on the provided contact number just to verify whether the bus has reached the destination or not because I had my sister traveling in that bus but she didn't reach the destination at the arrival time so I was concerned for her safety but their executive on the other side of the call was so unprofessional and rude that he screamed at me saying "aapko maine driver ka number de toh diya ab wo call nhi utha rha toh mai kya kru....mai sare passenger ka dhyan rkhunga kya??". I would recommend you to not use their services if you are concerned about your friends, family or loved ones safety.

Inki service sabse jyada farji h online book karne par na msg milta na koi details milti h on pick up point par bus nhi nhi ati time 8 ka h to 11 par bus niklti h iske alawa or koi si bhi bus se booking karna but isse nhi sabse farji log h ye inki office par call lagao to koi pick nhi karta h Mene gwalior se redbus se booking ki thi indore ke liye 20/08/2024 ko gole ke mandir se pick up point online me Mila tha jo no. Mila Pavan thakur ka 20 call kiye but pick nhi kiya office ka no. Nikal kar kiye to unko ne 7 baat me ek bar pick Kiya or bolte h ki jhansi road par bus stand par aa jao. Waha se milegi bus itne farji log h ye

Bad experience. Booked ticket from indore to biaora. 1) ticket cost 650/ for normal sleeper. Other bus services cost the same amount for AC sleeper. 2) departure time from indore was supposed to be at (as per tucket) 7:30 pm and arrival at biaora was 12:50 pm. But the bus not even cross Indore city till 10:00 pm, and again halted at Dewas till 11:30 pm. Finally at 11: 30 pm they adjust me in other bus and I reach my destination at 2:30 am.

Worst bus service. Rude staff. Unhygienic seats. Don't book seat in this bus. Don't confuse between Intercity and Intracity. Intercity is very good bus and this Intracity is worst

Worst service. You cant even imagine how many problems i faced with them. I booked ticket form indore to jabalpur and bus timing was 8.30. I was waiting on star Square for them since 8.00 and bus came at 11.50 pm. Late more then 3 hours. And normally indore to jbp journey takes 10 hours but shrinath bus reached at 5.30 pm. More then 17 hrs. Talking about bus conditions so it was the real khatara bus. sarkari bus bhi isse acchi hoti h. So dont use this travels service.

Completely pathetic service from this agency. They booked our travel from ujjain and asked someone to drop at indore. The person who picked us didn’t drop us 5 km away from location and asked to coordinate with travel agent. The story didn’t end there, to our suprise the bus which was supposed to start at 8 pm, got delayed by 2 hours. When we had some heated arguments with agent at desk, he shifted to Nirmal travels where driver and conductor was bit drunk. Driver dashed some lorry midway on tailend. It resulted in broken glass and baby was about to drop of window which was saved by his mother. It was haunted night for all of us. Mahakal only saved us. Dont risk your life with these pathetic people

I have booked bus from Indore to Agra. They provide Most worst service to the customers. I have a booked 3 tickets to Agra from Indore for rupees rs. 850 per head. Me and my family has a bad experience from sreenath travels bus people. And the cost is rupees 850 per head for a non AC sleeper bus. For AC bus the normal charge is thousand per head. The bus staff behaviour is too bad. I experienced very rude approaching and attitude from the office staff also. The bus staff add more people from each and every stop. Even there is no seat available they just pick people from every stop. I had a bitter experience. Me and my 3 year old child was using the seat near to the driver. From the place gwaliar stop they picked two person and they began to sit in my seat you can see the photo added with this review. At the same time I was sharing the seat with 3 years old daughter. Me and my daughter was too tired by continuous journey. It was too horrible journey for 3 hours from Gwalior to Agra. Before beginning the journey I have waited at dirty front of their office for 1 and half hours. My bus time was 7 pm. As per their opinion we reached their office at 6.30. but the bus came at 8 pm. Even they started the journey 1 hour late, their all seat were full, they have added more people from each stop. And then big bargaining for the seat charges, continued by noisy discussion for seat availability. Their high notice air horn was too horrible. Some musical type air horn. The government must ban these kind of air horn. I request the travel agent Shrnath travels should read my review carefully. If they want to survive in this competitive business. Otherwise nobody will opt this travel agency for their journeys.

The bus is not from Ujjain it's from indore and it has no timings.The staff is very rude and doesn't responds to the calls even. the bus is in very bad condition even They don't provide pillows and their blankets have a bad odour.The seats are dirty and chips packets are thrown on the seat and even there was alcohol in the bisleri bottle.Do not travel in this bus.This are the real photos of the buss. Shame on the service given by Shrinath Travels. I have to onboard the bus to Nadiad to Indore at 8:10 pm at 25 June 2025. As bus is late by 1 hour and more. The bus operator in Nadiad office has asked me to wait outside on road as he has to close the office. It is responsibility of the travels to service the customer rather then telling to sit outside the office on road. Disgusting.
