One of the worst experience when I booked a ticket from indore to mumbai, they cancelled bus and didn't even inform. When I reached teen imli bus stop they just said it's not their reponsibility to inform every passanger. Booked this as it was last option left on a crowded weekend but recomend to avoid this travels

Worst bus service provider. We boarded a bus from Indore to Mumbai and it broke down in between. The driver told us that the bus was faulty from the start only, and the owner did not even pick up calls from the driver when the incident occurred. We had women and children with us in the bus as well, the tour operator neither refunded us the money, nor made any arrangements for us to reach safely to Mumbai. We had to figure out on our own to reach our destination. For anyone who is reading this review, would highly recommend opting for other tour operators for your travels.

Veryy very bad bus service I was traveling yesterday and bus left from indore at 12:40 and it reached mandsaur at 7:00 pm. It was a nonstop bus which stopped at every corner. Picked up people without proper tickets. There were more than 60 people in a 40 seater bus Seats were dirty. Coundector was awful. Bus driving was rash. Gave multiple people same seats. No management no cleaning. Just one word FILTHYLY AWFUL DISGUSTING LATE UNCLEAN. DONT BOOK TICKETS FROM THEIR SERVICE IF YOU WANT TO SAVE YOUR MONEY TIME AND PEACE

The worst service I have ever experienced till date I want to export my household items from indore to rewa I went their office there was an agent in their teen imli office he took full amount to export it's been 5 days they are not picking my calls not responding to me they haven't exported my luggage

Extremely disappointing experience. This was one of the worst travel experiences with Shrinath tours & travel I’ve ever had. The service was highly unprofessional, poor coordination, and false commitments were made from the beginning. The vehicle condition was not as promised, the driver was careless, and there was no sense of responsibility toward customer safety or comfort. Timings were not followed at all, which ruined our entire trip plan. Customer support was useless and stopped responding once payment was done. I would strongly NOT recommend this travel service to anyone. Complete waste of money and time.

Kabhi bhi isse tickets book Mt Krna sab k sab jhooth bolte h bus ka timing kuch btayenge fir usko cancel kr denge fir nai ticket book krenge dusri bus m or fir vo bhi given time se 1.5 hr late aayegi so I humbly request everyone not to book your tickets from them atleast
