Worst experience ever i had taken this bus first time and they provided me back seat then due to some problem they provided me front seat then they had taken that seat from me and i have to go by standing dont take this bus ever

very burst service they cancelled bus without any pre intimation and also not refunded my money. I recommend that never use this bus operator

The conductor isn't very nice. Shouting and yelling for no reason over some luggage that should be kept in the trunk area. The bus driver charged extra money for the luggage. What the ???? It's luggage it should be kept in the trunk. Why the overcharge?

I booked a ticket 12 days before for indore to sagar,i have waited 30 min for bus ,bus didnt come and the bus conductor switched off his number,very poor quality,please dont book travel with them ever Negative Responsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

Worst bus service never ever think of booking it again I had a pathetic day with them , bus was delayed by 1 hour and later , lights where not turning off when asked with the driver he said it not working I had paid 2799 for this service I would have rather take a train with first ac for the same

Bad experience time ki value na ho to hi bus se jao...My reporting time is 9pm but bus come boarding station 10:45 pm. No one provide proper response ......Uske bad bi ujjain m 1hours or rokh k late kiya... Bakwas bus....Bus kam loading truck jyda lag rahi ti..😠😠

Office was nice, the guy at counter was too nice but problem was about bus driver who not came to pick up me at the time of bus and I waited almost one hour. But I say before that the guy at counter was so nice so he Pick me from the office to bus stop by his own scooty and drop me at the other bus so I can travel with my time That four likes for that guy 🤟
