Unwind Resort

Poor service and lack of hygiene I was looking forward to a relaxing stay, but this resort failed on all fronts like Foods,Staff,Rooms. Overall, a very frustrating stay. I will definitely not be returning.

Everything was excellent- hrithik and the manager were amazing hosts. They took care of us very well Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5

I recently booked Unwind Resort for my clients to celebrate their anniversary, and their experience was nothing short of exceptional. They stayed for two days, and from the moment they arrived, the resort made their celebration truly memorable. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every detail was perfect — from a warm check-in to arranging thoughtful anniversary touches that made the couple feel genuinely special. The ambiance of the resort is serene and beautifully maintained, offering the ideal setting for relaxation and celebration. My clients especially loved the comfortable, well-appointed rooms and the peaceful surroundings. The food was delicious, with great variety and quality. They also appreciated the attentive service throughout their stay. Overall, Unwind Resort delivered an outstanding experience, and my clients left extremely happy. I would highly recommend this resort for anyone looking for a peaceful getaway or planning a special occasion. Service: we experienced excellent services given by staff. Mr. Abhishek specially took care of all our requirements and customized things as required. we stayed on weekdays. I hope even on weekend rush it is the same. Taste of food: Ask any desi items and home type food and you will find it to be very tasty. We have not experienced any continental menu. Maintenance: this property has around 100 tents and 10 rooms, 3 swimming pools, 1 horse riding area and one artificial small lake and spread in several acres but they have maintained it properly. But don't expect 4 star category of facilities, like there is no intercome phones is rooms, even television was not working. Peace: Best tents are one which are just near the central pool. numbered P-1 to P-8 Though the property is peaceful and lot of plantation is done but it is adjoining the main road hence you don't experience total silence, you will always hear some traffic noise. Value for money: On weekdays at INR7500 per night with all meals and all activities for two people was a great value for money. Lovely property, great view. The staff was friendly and cooperative. The arrangements for New Year’s Eve were great, had a fun time. Food could be improved a bit. Overall a great experience. Special thanks to Khushi for a smooth booking process. Room D3 is very spacious and comfortable. The check-in was also well managed and hassle free. Rooms: 4 Service: 4 Location: 5

Nice 👍 very good experiance All enjoyed and too much fun Food is so delicious and yummy 😋 Trip type Vacation Travel group Friends Rooms: 5 Service: 5 Location: 5 Hotel highlights Luxury

To be honest, it feels as though there has been a massive decline in quality compared to before. The standards need to be raised; the food is lackluster and offers nothing new. Overall maintenance is required, and improvements are also necessary on the boating side. Furthermore, attention needs to be paid to basic amenities. Rooms: 2 Service: 2 Location: 3

A complete waste of both time and money in the name of hospitality and amenities. The food is substandard, and the experience regarding cleanliness is abysmal. It is a classic case of "big name, little substance," staffed by a negligent team. There isn't even a boundary wall; outsiders sit on the path behind the tents and drink alcohol. How can anyone operate like this just for the sake of money? I will certainly never visit Unwind Resort again. Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1
