We had a truly wonderful stay at this resort. The property is peaceful, clean, and beautifully maintained, making it a perfect place to relax and unwind. A special mention to Narendraji, who is an exceptional host. He was extremely polite, attentive, and always ready to help with a smile. Rooms: 4 Service: 4 Location: 4

Recently, while attending a wedding ceremony hosted by a relative, I visited the Unwind Resort. Located in a place called Hatpipliya, the resort failed to deliver the amenities that were promised to us at the time of booking. The place resembles a "tent city," featuring filthy swimming pool and stray dogs roaming freely in every direction. Amidst all this chaos, a fire broke out near one of the tents—fortunately, no accidents occurred. The premises were infested with insects and mosquitoes, and I could not find a single responsible staff member to address these issues. There appears to be a disconnect between the Indore booking office—where reservations are handled—and the actual resort staff. In terms of cleanliness, the standards were absolutely zero. All in all, the experience was marred by shoddy service and poor treatment; although I had planned to stay for two days, I was forced to flee after just one. I would never recommend this place to anyone. Trip type Vacation Travel group Family Rooms: 1 Service: 1 Location: 1
